Everyone was very friendly. We did not have to wait for any great length of time. Although I don’t have any previous experience dealing with vet clinics and nothing to compare to, I felt comfortable and confident that our first visit went smoothly.

Really good receptionist, nice vet. They give every option to take the best care of your pet, way more options than our other vet. However the bill seemed quite a bit higher than what it would’ve been at our usual vet. I was very happy with the service but also felt a bit pressured to do all of the testing and treatment they offered. If money is not a concern, go here! Your pet will be well taken care of.

We took our dog to this vet recently for a leg injury. We walked out with a bill of $715. Iam not complaining about the cost for the various testing that was done but I do feel most of it was an uneccesary cash grab . A full blood work and flea and tick test were not needed for a leg injury. We were then told he would need surgery that could range from $2-3 thousand or 5-7 thousand dollars. My dog is 14 years old so I questioned the need for surgery and the risks it involved but was brushed off with the necessity of it. Overall I found the staff there pushy and only interested in the money.
I have since taken him to our regular vet and was told surgery is not good for him given his weight( 22lbs )and age.
I will not return here nor will I recommend them.

BEAWARE if you leave a review for this vet clinic, they will call you and lecture you over your review, then email you demanding the review either be edited or taken down. Save your money and take your pets to a different vet. Not worth the hassle or lecture.

This vet clinic is a money grab. Took my two kittens in for a RVT tech appointment to receive their vaccination boosters. When I booked it, I was told it would be an appointment with the RVT.
It was an appointment with the RVT, but I was charged for a visit with the DVM (Vet). I called later to inquire and was told that they charge the same for a DVM and RVT which is a 6 year difference in education and not standard practice in the veterinary world. Prior to booking the RVT appointment, I was not informed that there is no difference in price between a DMV and RVT visit. In my opinion, if you aren't going to follow the standards in the Veterinary world when billing clients, you need to inform your clients that there is no price difference between the two different types of appointments prior to booking appointments.
If I had known this, I would have booked an appointment with the DMV to get my moneys worth.

Never again. Unethical practices that are designed to get your money. Apparently I agreed to something that my dogs have never had in their life. They had my dogs’ records from previous veterinarians. I’m not sure why they needed them. It appears they didn’t even look at them or they wouldn’t have prescribed unwanted medications. Boxes have never been opened but they refuse to refund the cost, even after I called them on it as soon as I realized what happened. If you have money to throw away and don’t mind getting robbed, this is the place for you!

Edit: You had the opportunity to do the right thing and chose not to. Your business certainly won’t suffer because of my review, but that won’t stop me from spreading the word.

Your tech mentioned that they would get tick and heartworm meds. While I admit that I did not catch the “tick” part as I was focused on ensuring they received heartworm medication, why was I not made aware that these are two separate prescriptions? Why was dewormer added? There was definitely no conversation about dewormer. My dogs only received this during their first puppy check up and never required it again. If you only billed for what was agreed upon, why was it added? It would appear that we both missed some things, but you did too. I guess that didn’t matter as long as your bottom line isn’t affected.

In truth, you’re probably relieved that we won’t be back but make no mistake, I will continue to be heard.

We brought our cat there as he wasn't urinating. We were told there was no blockage and paid $450 for medication and an injection. The next day he still hadn't peed so we took him back and they wouldn't even look at him without us paying a deposit. We took him to Bridgewater vet and they knew right away that he had crystals in his urine. Do not recommend!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about stonewall vet. My dog has aggression towards strangers and they were so understanding and patient. Receptionist Mallory was super nice as well. It was pricy but the level of care was worth it.
