My myself and my kids have been using Sturgeon since they first opened. The reception staff have always been polite and helpful when I call. We see Dr. Alqaser, he has always been attentive and understanding, when I feel like my medication dose is wrong or it feels off, he has always worked with me to fix it. I have always felt I can be open and honest, sometimes I take my meds not as prescribed and it works better for me, even if he does not agree, he listens, and I feel like he is not judging me for it, I appreciate that about him.

My wife has been going to Sturgeon Medical Clinic for a few months now for her pregnancy. Dr Alqaser has been amazing the entire time, seeing her/us with walk-ins every time. Very professional and reassuring when discussing the results of tests for our first child.
At reception, Hanna is great. She remembers us when we walk in and has been able to help with every question we have had.
The wait times have always been short. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great clinic. Dr Alqaser is friendly and addresses my concerns and will request tests as needed. The clinic is on time with their appointments and I am not left waiting in the room alone forever. The nurse (Corinne) who did my womanly exam was great. She walked me through everything she was doing and tried to make me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Thank you

I love this clinic! The staff are so friendly, and the place is always clean. I never wait long most was 8 minutes to get into a waiting room. If you’re looking for a clinic this is a great place to check out.

Do not waste your time. Worst experience every time I go, and I am not someone who is easily upset. Getting prescriptions refilled is almost a 3 hour ordeal. This business needs serious internal intervention. I have advised everyone I know and meet not to go to this clinic for their needs.*EDIT* the clinic called me about my review and banned me from entering again due to being dissatisfied with service. On the phone they argued with the statements in my review instead of trying to repair things. I did not expect an apology and was not planning to return to this clinic, but now am banned from receiving medical care from this facility because of a review. They accused me of posting multiple reviews when that is not even possible. I have only ever been polite and considerate, and have never had an experience like this.

This is an excellent clinic. Dr. Alqaser is very thorough and cares about all aspects of your health. He is friendly and listens to your concerns. They are very efficient here and you never have to wait long at appointments. Very nice staff.
