I’d love to know how others would rate Dr.Lida after reading the below, my experience with her:

I just had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lida. After waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time [which was booked nearly 10 days in advance, forcing me to wait for 10 days before i get to see my family dr for a chronic pain] she spent only a few minutes with me, asked a few basic questions, and provided a rushed diagnosis. When I asked for clarification on the medication she was prescribing and what she expected to see in the imaging she ordered, she became visibly frustrated, snapped back at me, and accused me of “challenging” her.

As a patient, I believe it’s reasonable to ask questions and understand my treatment plan. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she reacted defensively, which made me feel dismissed. She walked out of the room while I was still speaking! the entire experience lasted less than 5 minutes! I think it’s reasonable to expect 15 minutes time! A doctor should encourage patient engagement, not shut it down. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and unprofessional and below poor level of management! I would not recommend her at all!

Best Family Doctor, Dr. Adlul and Chiropodist Kaitlin Bugeja! The front desk staff, Roberta and Nicole, to name a few are always so wonderful. This medical center has been expanding to full service. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and it’s the best medical clinic I’ve ever been a part of.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Okuneye and this clinic. I was fortunate enough to find her when I was in desperate need to change my family doctor and I could not be more satisfied. Dr. Okuneye is thorough, kind, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I have never felt rushed or dismissed and the front desk is so lovely, making this clinic an all around blessing to deal with. I've also received physiotherapy at this location and the wellness staff is nothing but kind and helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

Review for Dr Zahid

I was stuck with Dr Zahid after my previous doctor retired and she took on his patients. Despite having moved out of area, I was overdue for a physical and decided to get one with her, while also hoping to get some other things sorted, something I made very clear to the desk staff when I called to make the appointment.

When I raised them, I was told I would have to make a separate appointment for what I wanted to address (despite having explicitly being told I could do it in one) and what followed was the most embarrassingly barebones physical I've ever experienced. Correct me if I'm wrong, but physicals are supposed to involve some palping, some tongue depressor stuff, some questions about sleep, lifestyle, diet, habits, et cetera, and in general something a little more involved than height, weight and thirty seconds of stethoscope work, right? I think she was in the room for me for six, maybe seven minutes (after, might I add, I'd been kept waiting in that room for over twenty) before rushing me out.

Suffice to say, I'm glad I've just found a new clinic in my new area, because I will not be coming back.

I have been to many doctors with my recent health issues, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Okuneye. Not only is she kind and compassionate, but she’s very thorough and she listens to your concerns. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful, which is half the battle when trying to see a doctor. To put it into perspective without getting into too much detail, Dr. Okuneye was the first doctor to ask me how I was doing on an emotional level after everything I experienced - it was nice to finally be treated like a human being. On top of that, she did not dismiss my concerns, instead she sent me for testing and to relevant specialists. I’m so grateful, and I wish the world had more doctors like Dr. Okuneye.

I got Dr. Lida last year and was only able to see her twice, the first time for starting record and the second time I have to monitor my symptoms. Which later it got worse and I was not even able to get an appointment within almost a month. Last time I came to my appointment and was told she’s behind schedule so at least another 20min I have to wait, after I waited for 30min. This clinic is ridiculous and useless.

While waiting for our appointment, Nicole and Alison were friendly and quick. Also Dr Adlul is always friendly during our appointments
