I have been seeing Chelsea for physio and pelvic floor and Raymond for massage. Coming in with small or big concerns is easy for this team. The front staff, the owner and everyone I have been treated by has been amazing. Explaining each possible “why” behind what I’m feeling and what our treatment plan is. I have such an easy time recommending the team at Sunshine. A clinic without the clinic feel. I especially appreciate the small and possibly not noticed but purposeful actions the team takes to make everyone feel welcomed. Something as small as ‘which direction the table faces’ in a room makes an important difference. Chelsea has always been able to show her experience and passion for woman’s health. Her calm and warm presence makes even the uncomfortable moments easy. Raymond has a firm and purposeful touch. He goes through each appointment as if it’s your first. Making sure to ask many questions before even starting to allow for the best results for relaxation or/and healing. I wish I had unlimited benefits to go multiple times a week to the clinic as I am so pleased to have found a great team for my health and happiness. Absolutely recommend for any and all needs. They even have a little golden retriever around sometimes, health and happiness is the truth!

I’m so thankful that I found Denise Brochu at Sunshine Physio. I needed an experienced physiotherapist to partner with me on my rehab for my multi ligament knee surgery. She has so much experience and is very knowledgeable. She works with me during my appointments and provides me with my at home rehab exercises and plan. As a result, we are seeing good progress on my journey. She is so encouraging and an excellent person and physiotherapist. In addition, the rest of the team at Sunshine Physio are excellent. They are all focused on providing great service and helping you with whatever your needs are. I strongly recommend Denise and the team at Sunshine physio. You will not be disappointed.

After seeing a couple different pelvic floor physios both in Ontario and Alberta Denise is THE one. She is a very knowledgeable and caring physio. Denise goes the extra mike to make sure all her patients receive the best care. I have seen significant improvements which for me has been life changing. Isabelle Richard is not a typical physiotherapist who works "on" you. Instead, she is a knowledgeable, experienced, trusted partner and advisor on your recovery journey. She listens carefully to you and designs a tailored treatment program. She's helped to fix both of my shoulders and completely resolve a plantar fasciitis issue. I recommend Isabelle to anyone looking for an experienced and caring professional on your physio journey.

Sunshine Physio is a very welcoming space. I love the ambiance that the team creates. After more than a year of trying many other methods to find pain relief from an old tailbone injury, a pelvic floor specialist was my last resort. I have been seeing Chelsey for a few months now, and I have to say she has done wonders for me! I haven’t felt this much pain relief and improved mobility since before the injury. I am so, so grateful to have found a physiotherapist that I love, at a clinic that I love right here in Cochrane! Thank you so much for everything!

Sunshine Physio has helped me so much. I've been a client for over 2 years and was originally referred to their well-known owner/practitioner Denise Brochu. With her help and excellent colleagues, I have much less pain. Isabelle Richard is an outstanding physiotherapist – very knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen. She truly cares about her clients and how they feel, creates detailed treatment plans and follow up, suggests referrals for testing or expert advice like a sports medicine clinic. Isabelle is experienced, very knowledgeable, a good communicator and an excellent practitioner with an extensive list of specialities and modalities that have helped me so much, I'll always be grateful for her. I can only say good things about this office and the services they provide. Staff are kind and the atmosphere is welcoming. For anyone needing advice, information, excellent physio care, and assurance that there is indeed help for women’s pelvic floor issues, Denise Brochu is there for you in every way. I arrived with a feeling of hopelessness and fear, and left with new assurance and confidence to deal with my pelvic floor issues, as well as a plan of self management to continue on my own. Cochrane is lucky to have this facility and Denise’s expertise, and I cannot stress enough that she is your first step to getting the help you need.
