Client Beware: This company is not interested in repairs but in selling you a new unit. They charged me $168 for the visit and then told me I had to replace my compressor and gave me a quote for a new AC at 7K with tax. I called another reputable HVAC professional and they indicated my compressor is ok and added coolant and sealant and it cost me less than 500 for the visit and repair.

Daniel arrived promptly as per his appointment with us. He was courteous and respectful. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our water softener and proceeded to outline the options that were available to me. He was very knowledgeable and did not 'push' us into any direction, leaving the decision to me. He answered all my questions and proceeded to immediately arrange the purchase and installation of a unit he felt would meet my needs.

Had Spencer come by early this morning to come by and get an assessment done for my issues that I was facing. He was quick to understand what the problem was and was able to identify exactly how to get it fixed.

Spencer had some other calls for the day so wasn't able to do the work but same day was able to call out Ryan who came by only a few hours later to get everything fixed up. All in all, I'm very pleased that we were able to get everything fixed within the same day of figuring it the problem.

I will definitely be calling again for any plumbing issues.

Had our hot water tank start leaking overnight and called Superior first thing in the morning. They sent someone out around noon to inspect the leaking tank, then gave me a quote to replace and bring the vent up to code, replacing the old ABS pipe vent. Superior was able to provide a new tank and do the install later that day. The guys they sent were friendly and professional. Replacing the old ABS vent pipe was not easy, but they managed after some effort and did a good job. We had hot water by 8:00 PM and the final price was what was quoted. Thanks
