Went there today tryed to use my debit card pump said remove card to pump gas .the nozzle didn't pump attended speaker came on said card didn't complete transaction so went in payed again for 30 bucks on debit got my gas then checked bank activity showed 2 debit of 30 bucks went back in the attendant said can do anything call my bank she wouldn't look at my phone that showed double payment .Will never go to that gas station again. Hopefully my bank will reimburse my cash

Worst gas station in Brockville, I try to avoid it and only come here if there is a pc points deal that makes it worthwhile. Today I tried using the app to pay and it went through in my phone but the pump wasn’t working and kept telling me to pay first (my phone said to begin filling). I hit cancel on my phone and went inside. I asked the lady if pay at the pump and phone was not working and she said “yes it’s working”. Well, seeing as everyone was heading inside to pay I’d say no, it was not working. I told her how much I wanted, what kind of gas, and what pump #. She said “hold on” and kept typing on the computer. She then proceeded to ask me THREE more times the same thing. Why keep asking if you’re not going to listen to the answer, especially when I already had to waste my time going in to pay. I find this station always has issues when I go, no receipt paper, pumps out of order, have to go in to pay etc. Not even worth my time trying to get pc point deals.

The girl cashier tried to make me pay double when I filled my car and a can. She said I shut off the pump in between each filling. I said I did not! I told her to check the video. Once she realized I caught her lying she did not apologize! I really try to not fill up here anymore. It used to be that there was really great staff here but now that they changed companies, it is horrible! They are rude, curt and not friendly at all.

Price was ok - pay at the pump and they put s $250 hold on my credit card for a $32 gas purchase. No warning posted!

Went there last night for gas and a young man in a black turbine, wanted me to give him cash to turn on the pump? I asked if he ment pay for my gas first and he said no. I should give him extra cash to turn on the pump. It was just before 9pm on march 17/23. The owner of this store might want to look into this.

This station has been renamed Mobil (owned by Esso?). I usually fill up here after shopping at Superstore. There are enough pumps that u never wait long if ever. The fuel prices are competitive, usually cheaper than other stations. I now pay at the pump, but the staff are friendly & u can use ur Optimum card here.

not a bad place for gas, prices line up with other places in town and you get optimum points.

the pumps seem to break down a lot though which is weird, like a disproportionate amount from other places around town.

they have those fake ontario stickers that lie about carbon tax being an issue, but those are everywhere.

Typical gas bar but little variety of drink and snacks biggest turn off though was the clerk working at the time I visited. She was a young lady that did not want to be there and made that very clear the way she addressed me and a gentleman infront of me. But everybody has there off days !
