The employees were very helpful and pleasant, we bought a dining room table and chairs. They had a set in stock and we asked if we could keep it there for a month and they were very happy to accommodate us. We look forward to bringing it home.

The same thing happened here that happened at Choen’s. I came in looking to make three big purchases. I was dressed in jeans and a nice tshirt with black heels and pearls (business casual - I’m a paramedic student). However, it seemed as if the staff could only focus on my tattoos and piercings. Another customer came up to me and asked me what was ‘up here’. I said ‘I’m not sure, nobody even said hello yet.’ He replied ‘I came in right behind you and I was greeted right away.’ I said ‘It’s my appearance, but they don’t realize the money I’m willing to spend right now.’ He said ‘exactly!’ I didn’t get greeted until I was done looking. The man that ‘helped me’ asked me if I ‘had any questions’. I said I did, but not anymore. 10/10 do NOT recommend. It’s 2025. Just because someone is pierced or tattooed, doesn’t mean we can’t afford things or that we deserve poor service. I’ll gladly take my service and give the commission to someone who deserves it.

We entered the Grand Falls-Windsor Surplus warehouse and was met by a gentleman named Bill. We asked about the mattresses and he explained the best one for us where my wife has a back.
