I have been getting a Brazilian laser treatment and have had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and have made me feel very comfortable. They are very helpful offering their advice and expertise when I have had questions. They also tailor your laser treatment to ensure you get the results you want. From the warm welcome, professional and clean atmosphere to the consultation to the procedure and result - everything and everything were incredible. This was my third time trying botox, and definitely the best! Fera was amazing and gentle. I don’t like pain and it was literally pain free! she was so gentle and quick! The results are already amazing! No swelling or bruising, or bleeding!! Would recommend her any day!! They’re also very friendly and respectful. I am a customer for a long time now and very satisfied with all their services.

Second time getting permanent eyeliner to avoid the inevitable smudge of occasional makeup. Maryam is expert, trustworthy, kind and reasonable in every professional respect. She and Fera always make me feel pampered and cared for the moment I step inside their beautiful and clean facility. Their whole staff, including the lovely receptionist who took such kind care of me post procedure, deserves 10 stars. I’ve always been fearful of permanent make up but no longer. Excellent and knowledgeable laser hair removal at competitive prices. I have had four under arm laser treatments which have been been very successful. The procedure is painless (though the laser gets hot for a few seconds, it's not at all painful) and my hair growth has definitely slowed and reduced by at least 60%. I have also had one laser hair removal session on my legs which has also been very effective. Fariba and Parvin are very thorough and take their time to make sure they're doing an excellent job. I've had some very bad experiences at another laser hair removal spa in North York and it's clear that Swan Medical Spa is a legitimate medical spa. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great laser hair removal experience in the GTA.
