Giving 3 stars for the service being almost perfect from our two visits… our first visit was amazing.. the older gentleman was very professional and passionate about his job. You can tell he took pride in making people comfortable in their newly purchased skates!
until the staff there today had my boyfriend wait 30+ minutes to get his skates sharpened & pressed, with literally no one else waiting.. And when their staff reminded the guy responsible for that part of the store, I happened to overhear him as I asked for the washroom key speaking about him.. “tell him to hold his tits” was something I clearly heard. Not sure what else was said.. my boyfriend did not pest & patiently waited while they spoke like this amongst eachother.. totally uncalled for after we spent over $1000 in two visits here.. next time we will stick with the order gentleman who helped us the first time..

Bought an item online. Fair pricing, great fast shipping, best selection of Volquartsen parts in Canada. And when i called to check on order I was treated professionally and politely. And all questions were answered. This is a second Review, I purchased an item that when received had a fault. Called store spoke to Ray, he told me he did not have authority to correct problem but he would have a gent he referred to as Todd call me next day, at 10AM I had the call retold Todd the problem and replacement parts were on the way next day... impressive customer service and appreciated. Great store with great prices and very good shipping and staff. Ordered some volquartsen parts and had a payment issue with the online store, and the staff assisted me by phone and email. I got all my parts from multiple orders shipped fast and Todd was very responsive about tracking numbers and questions.

Bought a pellet gun and the oring on the CO2 chamber kept blowing the first time I used it(a month after purchase). I came in and just wanted something different after the issue. Both of the gentlemen at the hun counter were quick to help me out and find me something else to use and returned everything I didn’t need. Excellent service. Have bought several guns both Todd and Chance are very knowledgeable in firearms. Always good selection of parts and can get anything you need. One of the few businesses left in the Lakeland that remembers you and still offers small town personal service.

Man behind the rifle counter was extremely rude and a down right ase. Stopped in to buy some ammo and was completely blind sided by his poor and unprofessional attitude. Will not shop here for anything again. Will make the drive to Cold Lake and you should too.

Great Online shopping experience. Seems the only place in Canada that carries Volquartsen parts. The item I wanted was out-of-stock, so I called them to see when they would have more. Told me the following week. Sure enough, early the following week they had stock. Ordered online - fair price for shipping. Item arrived the following day (literally).
