Bradley Wilson, my sale rep at TA has helped me with a couple appliance purchases over the last few years. Most recently, I purchased 7 appliances, taking advantage of the boxing day sales. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Kevin Beck was the worst sales person I have ever seen. 0 communication and un reachable for days at a time. After a non refundable deposit to go somewhere else. We switched sales people and re picked a whole new set of appliances that cost $1000 extra but now we have “better” appliances after living in our house for a month with none. If Kevin was open, honest and reachable this could have been solved before our move in date.

We’ve alway bought our BBQ’s from TA Appliances each time we have moved and needed a new one. Dealing with Steve I. at the Brantford location was great, he was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. The BBQ was delivered yesterday, assembled with no issues. Can’t wait to start grilling!

We had our freezer die on us suddenly and needed a quick replacement. We were able to get in and out with a new freezer quickly and efficiently thanks to our sale representative Samantha. No hassle, she was very kind, friendly and very informative. Her and another representative Andrew even helped us load the freezer into the trailer. We were in and out with the new freezer in less than an hour. Overall a great experience.

I recently purchased a fridge from TA and the sales associate Samantha was amazing, She was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal.
