Dr Chao was really kind and helpful, The kind lady in front desk, was really attentive and welcoming, it was a clean and hygienic place, and The waiting time less than 10 minutes!

Front desk / call-receiving ladies were so sweet and kind. I was going to be late for my morning appointment as I left my documents at home, gave them a heads-up and they were very accommodating. Cheers to them, definitely deserve a raise :)

A Seamless Experience at Tacoma Immigration Medical Center I recently had the opportunity to visit the tacoma Immigration Medical Center for my immigration medical examination, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. This medical center truly understands the unique needs of immigrants and provides a seamless and professional service that is second to none. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff members who made me feel at ease. The receptionist was well-informed and efficiently guided me through the check-in process, ensuring that I had all the necessary paperwork and documents. Their attention to detail and organization greatly impressed me, as they effortlessly handled a busy waiting room with professionalism and grace. The medical center's facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting area was comfortable, with ample seating and a calm atmosphere. The examination rooms were equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I appreciated the attention given to maintaining a hygienic environment.

Came here today for immigration medicals and had a wonderful experience. Emily at the front desk was amazing and lightened up the mood for everybody. Special kudos for her. Dr. Chao very patiently explained the whole process. Great place!

I have had three relatives from Ukraine undergo an immigration medical examination here. The staff are very efficient. They answer questions on the phone and by email. Dr Chao is very nice and diligent.

Usually a wait, usually a helpful doctor at the end of the wait. In the meantime receptionists treat you like children and do everything they can to ignore you. Trying to be reasonable, patient and polite doesn't get you far with these receptionists. This is over two years of occasional visits to this particular clinic.

This is horrible. The receptionist is BEYOND rude and unhelpful, and talks down to you. I went in for a concussion, the doctor didn't even tell me if I for sure had one or not, so I was just left wondering. Went to emerge as I figures a doctor there might give me a more detonate answer, but it was a 5 hour wait. So I returned to the walk in, only for the door to be shut. So I knock, and the same rude lady answers, (keep in mind the posted clinic hours say it should still be open) and she proceeds to say the doctor left, and that they 'would look at me in emerge because it was an emergency. Really unhappy with this experience and seen lots of other reviews with issues with the same woman. Patients beware.
