If there was a 0 I'd pick that. After spending 50k at their auctions, I was banned for not being able to show up on time to pick up a $360 bid i had purchased due to a death in the family. Which they also kept and resold. You'd think they would have a little understanding. Not to mention business sense. I'll shop elsewhere, thank you.

Im happy to deal with team auctions. They go above and beyond, unlike most auction places.. Sure, they have buyer and seller fees buisness isn't cheap... so be smart and don't bid like a dumbass !

Tried to register to bid and they want some BS credit card pre-authorization. Won't be doing business till that changes. I purchase items from more than one auction service in Alberta including Richie Brothers with no issues...

Bought online from out of province, a tractor without reg paper, so it took no less than 4 people working with me to get it on the road. That's Team work! Thanks Clayton and all. They let my mechanic come and get it, and I had a nice 1000 km trip home with just a day of work and a half day for papers.
(Ritchie Brothers learn something - one shouldn't have to pay more -bogus insurance for a lot hold to keep thugs from breaking a row of windshields with a tailpipe!!!)

Really bad customer service from Curtis after we drove 6 hours to get stuff that we bought and paid for and it wasn't there and he just blew it off and said you will get your refund and was pretty rude and didn't have the balls to call back and had to hide behind text messages. Unfortunately I will not be buying anything from team auctions again after this, and I was buying stuff from just about every sale. So be warned about this clown.

Bought a truck from Team Auctions about 2 years ago and another item last week. Staff was helpful and the yard guy was very nice. He offered to help me push the item on my trailer. Definitely recommend this auction.
