Bought a item tried it and it doesn't work had to look for my receipt found it today it's only been two weeks and they won't exchange it as there it a no return policy this item that never worked to begin with and they won't even exchange for a new one even tho it's not been a month and I have my receipt I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your computer needs they are scamming people with crap and we pay twice what it would have been elsewhere I paid 31.50 and I found the exact same thing elsewhere now for 13.99 I won't shop here again and tell all not to either

I never thought I’d ever see my pictures again, Ian was able to transfer my pictures from my 25 year old tower to a memory stick , I can now put on my new computer, I’m so thankful to you Ian , My girls and I now have years of memories we can now view , I’m so thankful Ian 😊😊

This was a year or so ago. Ripped off by the so-called computer technician in this place. He lets me pay $75 for a poor job. A thing that you can DIY over youtube.
