I purchased a package that came with 3 treatments ( a facial, a massage and a foot treatment). Each treatment was luxurious and relaxing. The products they use are top quality and I love that they didn’t pressure you to buy anything, although I did because the products are beautiful.

Some very nice scents, unguents and salves! Helpful staff who takes the time to explain the products. I have a facial here and it was wonderful. I had a sinus headache when I went in and felt like a million bucks coming out. And I smelled like the spa. Eucalyptus? 🙂

The foot therapy foot balm is INCREDIBLE!! This product has changed my life and helped me prioritize foot care. No thick cream on my hands, no oil stains on my clothes. Just a quick application with the stick before I put on socks in the morning and I’m good to go. My feet have never been in better shape! I can’t believe this product isn’t everywhere.

I stumbled across this shop a few years ago. Let me tell you, the customer service was by far amazing. The store itself was clean, organized and fully stocked. Then I found THE product! A body mist. Not just any body mist... One that smelt so good it took me to scent heaven! I wore it everyday for 2 years and almost every day I got compliments on it. I was nearing the end of the bottle so I took a 3 hour trip there this past weekend to purchase more. Same fantastic customer service. I was even given a demo of their body scrub and cream on my hands. Then given a head massage with their calming line. (Why even go to a spa with this treatment!) They go above and beyond for you. This time around I purchased nearly 10 bottles of body mist. Once you've tried this line, you'll never look back! Thank you from the girls from Niagara!

Recently found this place, absolutely love it. The products are top notch and very reasonable prices for the quality. Had my first service today, a massage by Amanda. She was absolutely wonderful, honestly the best massage I’ve had. Highly recommend.

A year ago I went in for a massage (which was great ! ) and while I was there I bought the eczema butter - it’s been life changing. My eczema is significantly better and after trying so many other things - it’s a huge relief.

Cant say enough good things about The Body Bar. Carol and her team are knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Their products are top notch but it’s the services that really blew me away. I have had many massages in my life but none compares to the 80 min cbd massage I received from Kim. She is magical and I cant wait to return on the regular!

I highly recommend the Indian Head Massage by Natasha! It was birh relaxing, yet she worked on a lot of knots/trigger points. It don’t feel rushed at all and felt longer than the 30 minutes. I will definitely be back!
