Was so impressed with the Brick! It was a great experience right from ordering to delivery to customer service. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond in helping me figure out a solution when I was having issues getting an install team out at a time that worked with my schedule. I would definitely recommend!

Went to the brick to just look around, was "greeted" by Beth by being told not to get mud anywhere. She then followed us around the whole store. Making passive agressive comments and demanding if we have questions we have to talk to her and her only. She was not only rude and and profiled us, and after I told her I have money and a apartment I can furnish as well as Christmas presents to buy she still continued this very rude behavior until we eventually left, was planning to buy a lamp at least but this behavior ruined the experience. My family has bought from this store for 5+ and after this we won't be coming back. Do better Brick, this is classism at its finest.
Edit: the manager reached out and corrected the behavior that was very thoughtful and I really appreciate that there were atleast some consequences

We bought a dishwasher in late 2020 and purchased the extended warranty. The first time the dishwasher quit it took almost 4 months to get them to fix it. Recently it broke again (warranty is over in 2 months) it has been 2 weeks and we are still getting the runaround. Do not buy a appliance from these guys they do nothing but pass the buck and refuse to take ownership of the problem. Where I work if I had a customer who bought something with extended warranty and it failed not once but twice they would have gotten a new one right away but unfortunately that is not how the brick works . This will be the last thing we buy from there.

Would like to update my review. Within 2 hours of posting the original, I was contacted by the store manager and a solution was found for my yet-to-be sourced refrigerator. I am happy to say there is a beautiful new Danby refrigerator in my kitchen that was delivered a few hours ago by the most lovely gentlemen. It is a cubic foot larger than what I had ordered and honestly I am so glad they sent a larger model as I didn't realize how small it really was as I never saw it in person. Absolutely love this fridge and my doggies were completely enamored by the delivery guys. They even put the refrigerator box in my shed so that I can turn it into a fort for my neighbor's grandchild. I cannot give a five as, initially, I did have some serious challenges but in the end the issues were resolved and my new refrigerator is fabulous.

Customer service is non-existent. Communication is non-existent. The brick was given $850 in advance of delivering a refrigerator in mid-september. They refused to order the refrigerator without it being paid for in full. It did not arrive in the middle of October and I was not contacted for an update. I contacted them towards the end of October and said that it was delayed but I would have it by the end of the month. It did not come by the end of the month. Again I was not updated. I phoned and left a message on November 1st and my phone call was not returned. I am still waiting to find out where my refrigerator is. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is not acceptable. I would not refer the brick to anyone. Perhaps someone will read this and let me know if and when I will be getting a refrigerator that has been paid for over 6 weeks ago.

I give both delivery teams 5 starts.
My sales person, Madeline C, went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. My original order wouldn't fit in my place and I was extremely disappointed. The manager refunded my purchase promptly and gave me a measuring tape to ensure the next purchase would fit. Madeline helped me pick out a couch and love seat and gave me an amazing price and did not charge me a second delivery fee. She was absolutely amazing to deal with and I highly recommend The Brick in Camrose AB!
The delivery team, especially Chris, were pleasant and respectful.
