I have been seeing Dr. Jason for almost 3 years now. When I don’t see him, I definitely feel the pain arise again. If you’re dealing with any type of pain, especially like mine, sciatica, I can assure you, you will find relief in your pain after seeing Dr. Jason.

All the staff are amazing, especially the receptionist.

A very kind, compassionate, respectful and caring office. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I started at the CARE Institute Essex early January 2023 to strengthen and work on making my ankle functional again after a severe break. I had knee surgery April 10th this year and so physiotherapy has continued. My physiotherapist has been attentive, knowledgeable and very supportive. The information he has given me has been very helpful, enabling me to understand what is happening and to be ready for next steps. The home exercises have been most helpful. All of the attention to detail has assisted me getting over my anxiety of re-injuring myself. Everyone working there has been professional, caring, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Thanks so much to all of you for what you do!

I received the best care at the Essex location. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed and my symptoms improved with each visit. The physiotherapist, Unni, was very personable and he greeted me with a smile every day. Emily at reception can book your appointment at your convenience and always in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend the entire team!!

I had an excellent experience doing physiotherapy here. Dan was great and he explained everything he was doing, why it was important and what I could do at home to help my progress. They did their best to work around my schedule and make appointments at convenient times. There was almost no waiting time. Overall a great experience. Recommended!

Everyone that I have met on this physiotherapy team is so kind, patient, understanding and friendly. They make you feel so welcome and at ease from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I look forward to my visits, not just for the recovery aspect but also because the bedside manner among this team is so caring that I always feel better after then I did before (they really earn and believe in their “c.a.r.e.” acronym).

They are also great at coming up with exercises that are specific to your needs; I’m a server that is in physio for my neck and shoulder and today one of the physiotherapists, Clive, thought of exercises that would use the muscles I typically use and actions that I regularly perform. When I told him a weight felt different, balance-wise, from a plate in how I would hold it, he was clever enough to think of putting it in a box to lie flat. How can I know my limits if I don’t accurately test them?

All of the staff always ask about not only how I’m doing health-wise but also how things are in your life and they seem genuinely interested in my responses. That’s too rare in any service related industries today and I applaud them each for setting such a great example of how we should all treat one another. I can’t recommend this team enough for your recovery needs.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I loved the personal attention I received from the physiotherapist Dan. I previously went somewhere else and not once did the physiotherapist actually work on me. I was just given exercises to do by myself and sent home. Dan worked on my wrist area EVERY time I was in for the whole 8 weeks. I would definitely go back again and again if I ever need more therapy. They were awesome!!!

I loved my time there! They were all welcoming and kind! I found out I was pregnant the time I started attending and they were so understanding and always asked it I needed anything.
