Our experience with the Clear Water shop was amazing!! Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. They tested our water immediately as we lived an hour away, and recommended a system that cleared our tint issues up within minutes of installation. They also helped with a few technical issues as I installed the system myself. I highly recommend them.

Poor service and rude!! We had a water treatment system installed by The Clear Water Shop in 2021. It included UV system, water softener and reverse osmosis for drinking. We called for a service call at the year anniversary and feel we were overcharged for 25 min service call to replace a bulb and filter. The parts are one thing but the over charge on service was completely ridiculous as they were already in the area also for another client call. Our phone calls went unanswered from the owner and upon visiting the store in person to pay the owner argued with us regarding pricing rather than explain. Our treatment system under the counter is also growing mold all around it and sweating, to which the store owner said “ you better get that fixed! Good luck”. Unfortunately my review for this water shop is harsh as their tact for customer service , concern to fix / service their products and prices are very poor!

Excellent store and service! Craig and Marianne are wonderful people. Always friendly and they genuinely care about their customers' needs. I have been using the Clear Water Shop for all my water purification needs for 3 years and will continue to do so. If anything goes wrong with your filter then be sure to inquire about Craig's technician services. Craig has visited my property twice (once to install a filter and once to repair) and both times I have been very happy with his service. A well deserved 5 stars, thanks!

We are new to the area and it was so great to work with Marianne and Craig. Small world with roots in the Niagara (Beamsville) area where we shared the same high school and knew all the same people. Craig came and installed a UV system and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed where we needed it. Thank you both for your great service and look forward to using your services.

Can't say enough about Craig. For over a year, our cottage well water was an issue. First the hot water would smell bad and then brown stain would persist in the toilet. I had a decent water softener, UV filter and mineral carbon filter system for 9 years that was now not working well. Craig worked patiently with me through the problems from testing the water, determining high iron and likely tannins in the well. First, he recommended an electrified anode called Corro Protec for the hot water tank. Very inexpensive device , easily installed replacing the metal anode in the hot water tank. That worked almost instantly and no more smelly water.
Craig thought we might try changing hardness settings and regeneration frequency in my water softener. Got some improvement but finally I decided on his recommendation to change the entire system. He recommended a new water softener that would address all the well water issues. I changed up the UV and solids filter system as well. He came down and with an assistant, changed everything himself. Result: a very happy customer whose wife is even happier.

Outstanding quality and consistency of water. Without a doubt much better water than in any of the surrounding bottled alternatives. The difference in taste and the quality of ice cubes made is unbelievable. So nice to deal with a family run business that cares about its product and their customers.
