Dr Young and the staff at TFI are fantastic. I was so impressed by how genuine, kind, and patient everyone was.

Dr Young really took the time to listen, hear me and understand my problems. I didn’t expect him to be so friendly and have such a sense of humour…usually doctors are more to the point, but Dr Young was amazing at explaining everything in a caring and approachable way. Yes, there may sometimes be a wait time but I really think it’s worth it to see someone that actually cares about you and won’t rush you. One of the first things Dr Young said to me was “well you’re more than just a pair of feet!”.

Needless to say, I received excellent service by this team and could not recommend more. Thanks TFI!

I rarely leave 5 star reviews but for The Foot Institute I'll do it. The personnel were really nice and they provided me with a lot of non-surgical alternatives to treat my ankle pain. Treatments were very easy, painless for the most part, affordable, and for the most part effective. Still some ways to go but I will continuw my visits until I am completely healed up.

I've never felt more heard and understood by Dr. Young. I have a partially torn tendon in my ankle and have had many struggles and lots of back and forth with other physicians and procedures over the last 5 months. Dr. Young read my MRI and knew 100% where all aches and pains were without me even having to tell him. He was upfront with the reality of the rest of my healing journey and gave me multiple ideas of different treatments to try and to avoid. He made some adjustments to my current orthotics (that I got from him 4.5 years ago that fixed my platar fasciitis) and will be following up with me regularly. Such a huge relief after seeing Dr. Young.

Dr Young is a very skilled Dr with great knowledge in what he is doing. He is also a very good people person and I would recommend him to anyone. The late hours and Saturday availability was also very convenient because at least I didn’t have to take time off work to get things taken care of. Our last names are the same but we are not related, so the review is very legitimate and in no way skewed.

Dr Young is so good at what he does! Such a kind person and makes you feel totally comfortable in his office. He makes a not-so-fun procedure a breeze. Have seen him a couple of times now, and always come out happy!

Dr. Young and staff are amazing. Had nail issues with a big toe and didn't want to go to the local hospital as my brothers have done and been butchered there. I decided to see a foot doctor and not an ounce of pain at all. I would go back when ever issues arise again.
