This place is amazing and efficient! I had a minor incident come up with my IUD and they got me in right away and I was nervous for the procedure but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and it was so quick! They are either always on time or ahead of schedule! Thank you for making my experience very pleasant! I will 1000% recommended this clinic!

I personally don't do great on meds so I thought an IUD would be a good idea. I got it inserted and almost immediately they told me they didn't think they did it right so i went for an ultrasound almost a month later and I got the call they didn't do it right so I had to wait another month for the replacement IUD to come. At this time getting an IUD was very inconvient and I had 0 time to rest up afterwards which was a big stressor. They assigned me some meds that would help with no details on the meds, only to find out the night before they were used for abortions and most people have bad experiences with it. I completely freaked out and so the morning of my appointment, i told them to just take it out. I also asked why my period was so long and they said thats cause it wasn't in the right place. I felt like I wasn't told anything prior to any of this and dealing with it was very frustating and exhausting

I had a very good experience with the doctor at this clinic. She was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and friendly. Finally a positive experience at a doctor’s office with a doctor who cares and doesn’t seemed rushed or annoyed.Thank you!

My experience with this clinic was great. The women were very kind and understanding and talked me through each step. I was very nervous to get an Iud as it was my first time but I took extra strength advil before the appointment and it honestly just feels like a pinch and cramps. I hope every one’s experience is as good as mine.

Lovely place with lovely people! I was referred here by my family doctor and from day 1 they had excellent communication and organization. I had my first assessment call with Dr. Witiuk which was lovely and very informative. From there we scheduled my appointment and due to my situation I was offered some anti anxiety meds and numbing. On day of appointment they got me in right away even though I was 20 minutes early. Unfortunately the doctor I talked to on the phone during my initial assessment was sick that day and had to be subbed out for someone equally as amazing, which she was. The procedure was less than 5 mins and I had 0 pain. Maybe some cramping during the measurement portion of the procedure, but everything else was super easy. The only negative I have was that during my initial phone call we decided on the anti anxiety med and numbing combo and it turns out I didn’t receive any numbing. I’m not too bothered tho because I didn’t feel the piercing of my cervix (reason for the numbing). Thank you to all the amazing people involved here!

Having had a cooper IUD experience that was less than pleasant, I was hesitant to get another. However, Dr.Baskerville and the staff at the clinic were incredibly helpful and accommodating of my schedule. Not only did I experience no pain, Dr. Baskerville was pleasant, calm, professional, and experienced. Such a different experience than my last IUD! Thank you!

very unhelpful clinic and staff, i booked an appointment 1 month ago . and 1week before my appointment they email me that my appointment is cancelled the reason for no available doctor, and she want to move my appointment another week,, so i told them i cant and im not available that week, so she told me she can set me in for another doctor at the same time and day ..so , when i came there she said that my appointment was cancelled. .very unprofessional and wasting my time . im waiting for a month and at the end was cancelled 🥺🥺
