What a wonderful place, I have used them twice for my knee replacements. I am from out of town they had no problems with me keeping the equipment until I made it back to Red Deer for appointments. All the volunteers are wonderful people. Thanks Again.

All of my contact with the people at the Lending Cupboard in Red Deer has been fantastic! I picked up the equipment I need for my knee surgery recovery today and not only did I get everything I needed, but the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very supportive! I am extremely grateful for the lending cupboard!!
I have got all the equipment that I needed for a knee and one hip replacement. Now I'm going for another hip replacement surgery. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Best service around!!

I cannot thank the lending cupboard enough!!! I needed a knee scooter and crutches post foot surgery and the whole process was awesome. Picked up my items prior to surgery and had a situation when it came time to return, they came and picked up the equipment at my door. Kind, caring and very nice people to deal with. Took the stress of worrying about having to purchasing any mobility aids. Well worth donating to their cause in helping people.

I recently had a knee replacement. We were able to pick up items I needed before the operation. Staff had everything ready and sized properly. I returned everything without any hassles...I am so grateful for this service! I am going to donate to this charity annually now as I found out first hand how valuable and efficient they are!! I had broken my leg in two places and as the ambulance was wheeling me into the hospital, I had my husband calling the lending cupboard. We didn't even know what I would need in the coming weeks. The volunteers knew exactly what I was going to need and quickly got everything ready. Over many weeks, I struggled with my injuries and went up and down in my recovery. The equipment I received was amazing but even more amazing was the emotional support I received from everyone at the lending cupboard. They tried to make as comfortable as they could with the equipment but more important were the hugs, words of encouragement and the ability to talk with them when I was at my lowest was nothing short of spectacular. If I could give them more stars, believe me I would. Our community is very lucky to have the lending cupboard and the volunteers that keep it running. Thank you just does not express my gratitude fully.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with their employees/volunteers and they are wonderful to deal with. They are very helping in what ever you need. They were a huge help to me needing equipment for both my parents and my husband.They take donations as that is the basis of their business. I recommend they to anyone needing help with borrowing any equipment needed.
