Luke was great to deal with for our function this past week with 50+ people. The brisket and pulled pork were amazing. Everyone really enjoyed the baked beans and homemade Mac and cheese. As a person with a gluten allergy everything was spot on with no issues. We will definitely use Luke again.

Had Moose Shed BBQ at the Banff Christmas market this year at the train station, there every weekend till 8th of December if you’re in town you have to try it out, best BBQ food this side of the Canadian Boarder, absolute must have!

We had Moose Shed BBQ cater our wedding rehearsal dinner (120 people) in Sept of 2022 and months later we are still hearing from our guests about how amazing the food was! We spent months going back and fourth with Luke, who customized our menu based on our desires and food restrictions and absolutely everyone was raving about the food by the end of the night! Thank you so much to Luke and his team for catering the perfect food to kickstart our wedding weekend! We can not recommend Moose Shed BBQ enough!

Absolutely best in Canmore and a hard competition for the best in Alberta. These guys are amazing! Highly recommend!

Had a poutine and a few of their AAA beef briskets. The brisket was perfection! Tender juicy and full of amazing flavour.

We hired Moose Shed BBQ for our wedding reception and it was a fantastic experience! We had smoked prime rib that was out of this world and all of our guests raved about the entire menu. Amazing experience. We booked Luke and his team initially by reputation alone but went to visit Canmore for a weekend and tried the food truck, it did not disappoint! People literally stared at us as we walked down the street and we could heat them comment on the amazing smell. We had a wedding of 120 guests and every stage of the experience was so wonderful, the menu was created to meet the needs and wants of everyone including gluten-free and vegetarian. The day of the wedding he was completely stress-free and I received so many compliments on food from our guests throughout the night and in the weeks following. I absolutely recommend The Moose Shed for an afternoon bite or a whole event.

We used Moose Shed for our wedding party. Luke was wonderful to work with. He helped us feed a large crowd and worked with our budget and guests dietary needs. Would highly recommend! The smokies were delicious!!!
