This clinic is a disgrace to medical services. The staff do not answer phones, messages, or emails. During my last visit, I waited and waited while the phones rang non-stop, despite having an appointment. One front desk staff member was on her cell phone, while the other two were engaged in casual conversation, completely ignoring the calls coming in. They should be reported to the Ministry of Health. Find another Doctor and clinic that is in the business of caring. This facility certainly doesn't, hence the brutal reviews.

The phone system at this office is a nightmare. Have to call multiple times to get through. Voice message plays, then you're put on hold, then several minutes later the line just goes dead.. Today I called 4 times before I got through. This has been an issue for over a year. Ridiculous!

Been going to Dr Weisbrod for years!!! He is very thorough, patient & takes the time to listen.
My family is very fortunate to have such a doctor & we are thankful we even have one!!
Well worth the phone system glitches because eventually we always get through!!!

Dr. Lowe is useless. Has little regard for his patients health. Had made multiple phone call appointments only for him to call on the wrong day each time and never sent my necessary paperwork. I would call back only to have the rude receptionists tell me to schedule a new appointment and act as if this is all my fault. Well known as the worst doctor of Collingwood! Please retire like all your staff and patients joke about.

This is the office I use for my children and can NEVER get through to the receptionist. Round and Round you go on the auto attendant. Will be a MIRACLE if you can actually get through and book an appointment. Other offices have an online option and are quick to respond to appointments. Not this office. Little regard for patients.

If you use shipyards medical service be prepared if you miss one appointment in 20 years you get charged 45.00....
How many times have i been waiting in office for Doctors... But miss one appointment youvwill be charged... Guess Doctor barely making ends meet and needs 45.00 dollars instead of retire person on pension.. Really no call like Dentist as a reminder.... Next time i will return favor and charge them while i wait for late appointment... Shameful
