I’ve been to Amanda twice now for a fascial and I will never go to anyone else. She is so gentle, kind and I feel so refreshed every time. She tells you what she used on your face and you can even ask for free samples to continue trying different products to find what works best for you.

I really really appreciate that customer service still exists in some companies. This establishment goes above and beyond with me every single time! The service is spectacular, Maggie is also spectacular and there's something so special about being addressed by name when you walk into an establishment. It shows that they have taken the time to pay attention to who is coming in for the service. The conversation is always delightful, and anytime I've had an issue, they have fixed it right away for me. I will always come back here and will bring as many people as I can with me!

Really impressed with the brow services here! The ladies who work here have completely fixed my brows that were sadly wrecked by another salon. Staff is kind, patient & really listens to the client. Shoutout to the reception staff as well; Kenzie was so kind in having to do some rescheduling with my appointment. Would recommend this location & will continue to be returning!

I had an amazing first-time experience today. I was initially going to be 10-15 minutes late for my full leg wax appointment due to transportation issues. I called the receptionist, Sarah, to let her know, and she was incredibly understanding. She informed me that my service might need to be adjusted to a half leg wax, which made me a bit upset but was 100% reasonable given the circumstances. When I arrived almost 20 minutes late even though I told them I would be 10-15 minutes late, I was warmly greeted by Sarah. To my surprise, Sarah informed me that they had an extra 15 minutes available and I could still receive the full leg wax. I was really happy the staff were really nice to me, especially since I was nervous they would be upset towards me due to being a very late to my appointment, especially as a first time client. My technician, Cindy, then took over and provided one of the best waxes I’ve ever had. I’ve been searching for a new regular waxing place, and I believe I’ve found it. The service was quick, and despite the usual discomfort, I felt very comfortable throughout. The small TV in the room was a nice distraction. Cindy was thorough, constantly checking for missed hairs, and even used tweezers to remove any remaining ones at the end. I’ve never had a wax service where the technician paid that much attention to detail!! Overall, the staff and service were exceptional. I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning, hopefully on time next time….!
