I probably had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any carting company since living up here since 2009. At my old address they would constantly forget to pick up my garbage. At my new address, I put my garbage out on the day it’s supposed to be picked up, and then they miss the entire day for the pick up and my garbage ends up all over the place cause the bears and raccoons get to it. Get more trucks ! But the problem is finding employees that would want to work for this company in the first place. This company needs much better management and better customer service.

This is the worst garbage company I’ll tell you. I’ve never had so many issues with garbage pick up. They are completely incompetent and inconsistent with their service. You call one day one employee tells you one thing the next day another one tells you something else. They pick up whenever they feel like it. They skip weeks and if they have to come back they want to charge you an additionally $35. Their service stinks!

not even a customer and they come down my road to "turn around" and end up pissing on my property and just sitting and doing nothing I've emailed them nothing back I have kids who come over I babysit and I look out my window to this? It's ridiculous and so unprofessional! Go piss somewhere else not on my property

We have received no notice about a holiday pick up. Our normal pick up date is Thursday. I figured since it was 4th of July they might pick up the trash on Friday the 5th. All of my garbage cans are rotting by the street until next Thursday? I have nowhere else to throw out other garbage because are cans are full! They should at least call to let us know what their holiday schedule is. We have 3 cans and a building full of trash were no where to put it.

Im.so upset with this company. They know they are one of the only companies up here that does trash pickup so they treat you like the trash they pick up. I have to call every week regarding pickup, they up the pricing and don't notify you and just charge your card, they forget to charge your card and the following month they double charge your card all without any notification. I cancelled my account and these ppl came on to my property and removed a trash can they didn't provide. When I asked about why they removed it. I was told someone came to do a site investigation but the trash can wasn't taken. Please tell me why would a site investigation be needed if I didn't have a trash can for them to pick up. Also I cancelled my account a week before my next scheduled pick up. I will be finding out who I need to speak to . This company takes advantage of thier staus as being almost the only company we could use for trash pickup

I've dealt with this company for years now. They're come and pick up my trash, can. Meanwhile, I rent a house that pays taxes in the town of Fallsburg that gets picked up of garbage in the taxes. I've been paying for garbage pick up for 5 years. So this means the company's doing nothing but screwing people out of money. They're getting paid through taxes. And they're making you pay cash on your bill. I'm not dealing with it. No more. They pick up the can. They threw the trash in my driveway. So be prepared to hear from my lawyer.

I honestly can’t even start to begin with how unhappy we are. Like I explained to Thompson I’d be writing a review about our interactions. Highly disappointed in the way things have gone. Garbage has been left for a week over and over again … I finally had enough and flipped my shot on the one lady. They promised a credit now they are acting like they don’t know what I’m talking about. These people do not trust them….. is someone else !!!! They lie over and over…

Just don’t get these bad reviews! I would like to thank my garbage men for always leaving my cans upright and the lids on top! Places I lived before I would have to chase my bins and lids from down the street. Thompson men make sure they are together and don’t leave trash on the ground!
