We had a hot water tank fail in our basement and it was swapped out and running within 3 hours from the time I called. The guys from start to finish were friendly, courteous and professional to my mother in law and I. Couldn’t be happier with the great service and friendly crew. They will definitely be our first call from here on out!

Called, spoke to them. They were supposed to show up the next day to assist with a CO2 leak we were experiencing, they didn't show. As I figured they may be busy, I called and was able to reschedule for the next day. They again did not show. To date they have not called back or attempted to follow up. Do not rely on this company.

Look for a different plumber!
Needed to have a new higher toilet installed for a veteran and I chose a smaller company expecting quality work and quick service. They provided an estimate but never went to complete the job once it was approved. It’s been 4 months now and still no toilet installed and the senior veteran resident is still waiting. They said job was scheduled but in 4 months never completed. Reading reviews I now see it may be a trend with this company. Hopefully they can get this job completed and I will change my review.

Thor plumbing arrived to the house and was able to quickly diagnose issues with on demand water heater and in floor heating. Work performed was very clean and precise. I would highly recommend them as they were very easy to work with and super friendly!!

They've come out in a timely manner to fix my furnace in the winter and install some new plumbing as well as a tub and surround. Great guys, hard workers, great job.

Furnace was acting up. -30 out. Called me back after hours to troubleshoot. Told me when they would coming over. Was on time. Knew immediately what wrong fixed it. Furnace working perfect. Great to have such a professional company in town.

Our hot water tank decided to stop working, I called Thor Plumping and heating Ltd, and they answered right away. They arrived on the same day I called to look at the issue and had it repaired that early evening. Even after working long hours and staying past our normal hours to make sure we were good to go. I highly recommend them and will be looking to book an appointment to service our furnace soon/replace our old hot water tank. Thank you to all that worked hard to get us some hot water.
