I’ve been working with Doctor C for over a year now and have dove deep into the world of bio identical hormones. I’m 42 and my only wish is that I found her sooner. It takes a little time to tinker and find the right protocol but dr. C is dedicated to finding the right balance to feel optimized. She is incredibly passionate about hormones and women’s health and she spends so much time listening to me and my concerns and I felt very heard and understood. I happy to report that I’m feeling better than I have in years, I suffered from insomnia and anxiety (due to some very high stress having a medically complex child) and I’ve been feeling incredibly balanced with my mood and sleep and everything in between. My cycle had been so painful for as long as I could remember, even my gynaecologist suggested I get a hysterectomy, thank god I did not and now my cycle has done a 180 and I’m not in debilitating pain anymore, the ripple effect of the hormones has been life changing. I cannot recommend Dr. C enough!

Dr. Constantine is a fabulous Doctor. She has been my doctor for years now and has given me guidance and very thorough advice over the years. She truly cares about me, my health and well being. I wouldt go anywhere else.

Dr. Constantine scared my face for the rest of life. I regret the day I ever stepped foot in there. She is a reckless professional to be working on anyone’s skin. I went back to her multiple times crying, and she told me “just brush your hair over it.” I would strongly advise no one to go there after my traumatizing experience.

I am writing this here, because it seems there is no formal method to provide feedback to the clinic. I am dismayed to find that this clinic seems less concerned with providing quality health care than they are with making money off cosmetic procedures…When I first became a patient of the clinic, all was well; but there have been many changes that seem to compromise the quality of care. Firstly, appointments are so sparse that the meaningfulness of the appointment diminishes with time passed. Secondly, the clinic is now charging inordinate fees for a missed phone appointment, but barely have any appointments to give. This places the patient in a sticky situation—either you squeeze the appointment into a schedule that barely works for you, or you wait another month for results. I don’t believe that charging $50 for a phone call that lasted less than 2 minutes is ethical—especially given my situation, these were results of an important cardiac MRI. Even more unethical is charging that amount in a town that has as many hospitality workers as Canmore does, who are all trying to get back on their feet after the economic hardships faced during the pandemic. $25 would be an appropriate amount for a minute and a half phone call when the clinic cannot even give appointments in a timely manner. I believe that the clinic ought to examine its own role in patients not showing up to appointments before charging the consumer as much as they are.

Update: Paid the $50 so I could have my appointment, and the doctor was 40 minutes late to see me. The hypocrisy of all this is very rich.

Further Update: No, I did not get my money back, as the (years later) response claims. This is all quite unprofessional.

Dr. C. is an absolute angel on earth. I started seeing Dr. C. last year. She took the time to get to know me and ensure to understand all my health issues. I have suffered from menopause symptoms for the last 13 years. Insomnia, racing heart rate, tired all the time and burning legs….

I started hormone therapy in January. Today, three months later, I feel like I drank from the fountain of youth. I sleep through the night, no leg cramps, my heart is not racing anymore and best part, I feel 20 years younger. LOVE DR. C. and her team.

Dr Constantin and her staff offer unparallel service. She is not only very knowledgeable and skilled at her work, but she is caring and compassionate. She always offers what is best for her client. She and her staff are definitely among the best in the industry. I recommend her over anyone in Calgary and beyond.

Dr. Constantin and her team are truly amazing! I have been lucky enough to experience a few of their services now and I am thrilled with everything I have tried! She answered all my questions with expertise and patience, she took the time to put my mind at ease and let me go at my own pace. I have tried and tested so many skincare regimes to no avail, nothing compares to the routine she very thoughtfully laid out for me.
