They unilaterally canceled my appointment after the scheduled time had already passed.

-I had arranged my schedule for days in advance, even taking a day off to match the appointment. Two days prior, I also sent a confirmation message to reconfirm the booking. Yet on the day itself nine minutes after the scheduled time they canceled without notice. I had even completed and submitted all the required questionnaire responses beforehand.

This is an unreliable system that cannot be trusted or depended on.

I'm shocked by the negative reviews on here because I have been using Tia Health for a long time now and never had a negative experience. I noticed a lot of people list appointment cancellation as the reason for their negative review but I think those are the times where the person may not have included enough information when they made the appointment, as this happened to me once. This service is amazing because you get to pick your time slot and go about your day. No waiting in doctors offices anymore. Woo hoo! What more can you ask for?

I had an amazing experience. I have a simple prescription which required a quick 2 minute call for a refill. Called right on time, and my prescription is faxed to my local pharmacy right away. Such an awesome service and will 1000% be using again. I rec service this to everyone.

After having tried to see like 7 of their doctors …I can tell you that 6 of them should loose their licenses to practice medicine!
Horrible bed side manners and horrible doctors!
I swear they got their licenses out of a cereal box! This is so sad the state we are in if these are the new doctors coming out of schools ! The only good doc I saw has been a doc for almost 50 years ! He was amazing and I saw him twice ! But the rest made me want to puke !
Tia should really put some effort into finding good doctors!

The worst is when they don’t even turn their camera on like they can’t be bothered .
Other horrible things are when they treat you like you are worthless and don’t deserve good care … but remember they work for you ! Not the other way around !!!

This service is an absolute joke. I have had SO MANY cancellations for appts and it’s absolutely defeating. To wait and think you’re going to get the help, and then be cancelled on just days before your appt without even a reach out. Thanks a lot Tia!!! I appreciate the most recent cancellation ONE DAY before my appt instead of you reaching out to me to tell me what was missing for the appt!! I hope you’re all doing well with your lives, because the people that need your service aren’t!!

Absolutely useless. You'll wait over an hour past your appointment time for them to eventually call (after they send you half a dozen texts saying it'll be another 2-4 minutes) and basically say you can't send them any photos and need to go to a walk in clinic, and laugh at you when you say it's not that simple in BC.

And trying to access the pre-meeting notes form (where maybe I could've added photos?) never worked - just kept saying the form was already submitted (it wasn't) or that I don't have permission to access (why wouldn't I when it was texted to me...).

Probably the worst Telehealth experience I've ever had, and the bar is already pretty low.

I really wish this had worked out. The accessibility is so great, and with so many different appointment types. However, my first appointment was cancelled by the physicians within hours of when it was scheduled. I thought, "okay things happen, it's okay, I'll rebook." So my next appointment comes up and I click the link to join the zoom session. Immediately I get a message saying there's 2 people in front of me, so it'll be a 3-7 minute wait. Sure, no problem. Well, 50 minutes later I was still waiting and receiving this same notice every 10-15 minutes. The appointment type I had booked is very simple and should not take more than 15 minutes per person (as per their booking window). The math is not mathing. In the end, I gave up and left the appointment. Super disappointed. I have an appointment booked for late April for a referral. We will see how that goes. If I can get this referral from my local walk-in instead, I might just do that. At least with the walk-ins I anticipate a long wait. But when you have me schedule an appointment for a specific window of time, I expect to be seen within it. Or, at least notify us in advance if the time is delayed, not right as the appointment is supposed to start.
