Dr. Bouwer is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

This is about the receptionist. Unprofessional and rude. After my father was called in for an apt at 2:45 directly by the doctor for some serious health concerns, he proceeded to wait
2 + hours. Another patient(apt 3pm), who had been chatting with my father, complained over the wait and the receptionist let her go first.My father let me know and I called, explained
why he was there and asked if would be seen next( not rude,no foul language but to the point) She replied with "if you wanna come down here, we can discuss anything you want", then hung up. What's that supposed to mean? It almost sounded like an invitation for confrontation. So 0 stars because the
receptionist has a serious attitude problem

Refuses Refills for Daily Meds without an appointment. Can't Get Through to reception when you call and when they do call back it's allways at least a week to see him.

To top it off, just got a call from his office cancelling todays appointment because i'v seen the walk in clinic for refills and a work note in last year (because of above) he doesn't want me as a patient, I was told I should keep going to the walk in clinic.

I’ve been seing Dr.Fawole for 15 years, he’s a great man. It’s important that you are transparent and forthcoming with him.

The only thing I don’t enjoy about his clinics are the wait times, other than that he is a wise compassionate Christian man
