Dr. Brown is a bright, charismatic, patient, and gifted physician. Simply put, he’s the GOAT. He has helped me immensely over the years, first with neck pain after an accident (which he accurately diagnosed within minutes despite years of pain), and now he has effectively treated pain from persistent disc and arthritis issues in my back and other joints. He is incredibly calm and somehow puts you at ease while sticking needles in your body. His staff and medical techs are fabulous and knowledgeable, and they answer all your questions patiently. I frequently recommend this clinic to my own patients and have only ever heard positive feedback. I am so grateful for Dr. Brown and his team. What a gift to all of us with annoying body parts that interfere with functioning. TIPS, you’re the best, thank you!!

Read a few reviews, so, I can keep mine short. Dr Brown his staff and treatment absolutely amazing. I just can't describe the whole process, it blows me away. Right from walking through the door you feel like you're visiting life long friends. Even up to getting the treatment you are laughing and chatting away like nothing is happening. I honestly can't describe it.. such a cool experience, because that's exactly what it is.

When you’re in pain, this is what you want:
1) a specialist who listens to you;
2) a complete understanding of options for treatment-and their side-effects, if any;
3) timely treatment-because we know chronic pain adds to the stress in our system, increases cortisol and our fight-or flight response; and
4) a continuing follow up, for monitoring and modifying your individual plan for care.

My family medicine practice recommended TIPS. It wasn’t the closest clinic to me, but the wait time was far less (6 weeks vs 1 year) than what was available to me locally.

I’ll say this: Dr Motlani (and his team) can help you! I had a treatment (nerve ablation) last Thursday. By Saturday, less than 48 hours later, I had resumed my daily walking routine which I had not been able to do for over a year and a half. I am so thankful for resolution to my chronic pain for good care, and for resumption of healthy exercise. Thank you, Dr Motlani.

In this time of rushed appointments and dismissed concerns, you took time with me. I felt heard, and you were kind. For me, that was half the treatment!

I've had back pain for years. I had given up. I'm from Northern Ontario and for the pain relief I get, I'd travel twice as far. Dr. Kim is an angel and the staff, all of them are amazing. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has pain. Don't give up...there is hope. I found it so can you. It's been a while since I last posted. Undergoing a new procedure with Dr. Kim and can honestly say I didn't think I could feel better but I do. Everyone should go here it's life changing! ❤️

Have been a patient of Dr Brown for more years than I can recall. Treating degenerative spinal issues he is quite knowledgeable relies on data as well as his practical experience and thoroughly explains procedures to help you make informed decisions. People must understand pain management is not a cure all, but rather enhancing your quality of life by relieving pain if possible and that’s what you can expect. The reception Staff and Doc Brown’s assistants are always fun and make treatments bearable and you can expect a meticulously clean and state of the art clinic on your visit.

As mentioned expect a better quality of life and not miracles, they have all the tools and experience to keep you sane when your body just isn’t working like you wish it did.

I don't usually leave reviews for hospitals, but I felt compelled to share my experience with TIPS. Thank you to everyone at TIPS for being so friendly and helpful in treating my chronic lower back pain. After suffering for 4 years and trying numerous treatments that wasted my time and money, my chiropractor and the team at TIPS made a real difference. As someone in my early 30s, I'm now hopeful about returning to work. God bless you all.

After 4 yrs my Dr left and had to be re refered to the one taking over. I felt completely rushed by him and even when asked if i had questions. He kept repeating youve had this before..also nurses talk tat patients get 10 min or less as a new thing dr wants.
I left so disapointed after traveling a long way.

I drove 7 hours after being referred to this clinic. ( After my first visit because of yhe compassion understanding bedside manner I would travel even further) five stars is not enough you don't get many doctors that take the time compassion or can speak in terms you understand

I've suffered with back pain for 23 years getting worse in the last five and all other programs do not help to alleviate pain or even keep it at Bay anymore so I drove down with high hopes but deep down thinking I would be turned away with nothing that could be done.

With that said, I saw Dr Gonzalez he was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner was great he's very knowledgeable very fast exam looked at X-rays and MRIs and you exactly what he wanted to do to help but spent more time explaining why I was having pain. I was not rushed he took his time and then suggested I get a blocker and the procedure was done immediately then I drove home.

It's a very clean building easy to find friendly staff covered measures put into place

All I can say is I went back to work 3 days after procedure and was able to come home with no pain I can now pick up things from the floor grocery shop cook food get off the couch get out of bed day daily routines people take for granted I can now do with almost zero pain is this too good to be true I hope not.
I've been scheduled for a follow-up for a longer lasting procedure if this one has good results if not hopefully something else can be done but as of now the irritation of the needles is slowly going away and it's the best thing in the world to be able to bend over without second-guessing or bracing yourself or thinking how important is it to pick that off the ground I would recommend people to try this blocker first

You won't go wrong by visiting this clinic if everything else has failed for chronic back pain. They have amazing friendly staff . Not everybody will get good results but told you're a good candidate don't hesitate these doctors know what they are doing I put full trust in thier knowledge and care.
