Excellent, caring, friendly, professional service and foot care from Barbara and her trainees at the front desk to Lillian, one of their footcare nurses extraordinaire! I called with my little emergency and was prepared to wait several days for an appointment. But Lillian overheard that I might have something embedded in my heel and offered to squeeze me in immediately - probably during her lunch hour! She found and removed the deeply set splinter and my foot was fully recovered. Saved my vacation plans! And I find their services very well priced. Highly recommend Tired Sole.

I wish I could give this place more than the five stars. From my initial phone call, I had such a great feeling. But that was the tip of the iceberg. What a warm greeting from reception, and then I was offered something to drink, or coffee. They even made my hubby a coffee. ( he is now in love too, he had wifi and coffee while he waited ) It felt like a home away from home. It was super clean. That is only when you walk in. My foot care nurse was Lillian and she was just as warm and welcoming. She had tons of knowledge. It felt like I was chatting to a friend. She made sure to ask if I was doing OK throughout the trimming of my nails, and the filing. Everything clean and coming fresh out of sterilized packages right before my eyes. The care of this place and the rapport will have me coming back. Needless to say, my feet feel amazing!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I was recommended to this place months ago by a client and at that point I was at my wits end with my foot pain despite getting custom insoles elsewhere and changing my shoes constantly. I'm a Traditional Barber for a living which means I stand all day. With Tiredsole I did laser treatments for each foot and I'm just realizing today that it was ALL worth the money as I haven't had a hint of pain since. I have no more pain what so ever. No more limping. No more dreading the amount of hours left in my work day. I love my job and I intend on doing it for a long time, so I had to take initiative to invest in the health of my feet which support me all day. No regrets!!

My spouse and I were favourably impressed by the staff of the Tired Sole Foot clinic as well as by the state-of-the-art clinic itself. The experience began with a warm welcoming reception. High grade quality products were used. Each tool came in its own sterilization package. Our feet felt amazing after the foot care treatment.

I've been driving by this place for 10 years. Took one of my kids a few months ago, Kerri fixed the issue immediately and today Lisa corrected a minor issue with my toe. Incredible customer service and attention to detail that is second to none.

I was late by 6 minutes for the appointment. There wasn't anyone there. And they wouldn't take me and they said that they would charge me the full amount anyways. I called them to let them know that I would be late because of the inclement weather.

And then they had the audacity to ask if we wanted to make another appointment!

This is a great place to take care of my feet. There are different problems that needed to be addressed. Very clean and nice ambiance. In this shop you are treated very courteously and my practitioner is very gentle with my feet. Very professional service, everything was explained to me thoroughly. She takes good care and there is a huge difference and definitely less pain after only 2 visits. I will keep going. Thank you sooo much!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Lisa and the nursing team in the office for years, and I must say, they are nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walk in to her office, I am always greeted with warm smiles and a professionalism. Lisa and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain each procedure clearly, to patients ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit. Great place, great nurses I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!
