Absolutely the worst company EVER! Going on the 5th day without our internet, a service we pay for!! Not even any communication from this company until we called to enquire about it!! Guess it’s time to move on!

TNC should be considered a scam. I've been without connection for over 24 hours, they have zero tech support to report outages on weekends, and so we will probably be without internet for close to 72 hours. Of course there won't be a difference in our monthly fee, despite the fact that total loss of internet happens on a nightly basis. If we totalled up the amount of time we needed to restart or cycle the router, only to wait for the next day because the problem was on their end, I'd say a downtime of 5-10% is being generous. No reimbursement, no available help, honestly it's a wonder they are still in business.

TNC went above and beyond to resolve connection issues for us in the middle of winter so we could continue to effectively work from home. Always good customer service.

The internet performance itself though is a bit sketchy, we pay for 25mbps, but stops working approximately once a week, but after modem resets it can range between 10mbps and 22mbps. I'm not sure what causes this but I'm sure if it was possible to keep it steady they would.

For rural satellite internet, it really is not bad. You'd be surprised how much you can do with 10mbps.

I have a cottage on Tancook island and it is the best internet I have had in 8 years plus . I have roku ,Netflix and prime ,a few smart devices and the price is great .I am very happy with the service.I had a small issue at first they were quick to assist me and corrected the problem.

What happens of I lose service on Friday, no one call on the weekend. Might be nice to have an outage update on your website that we can look at. Who monitors the network when you are not open?

I would've rated this 5/5 but since you have very bad latency/ping and a double nat issue its almost impossible to compete in video games but other then that its pretty.Its basically unplayable
