Had left side upper back/shoulder pain, often a 12 out of 10. Dr. provided pain meds to help, which barely did. Tristan performed massage to the area which started to help. Third visit he really found the trigger area and worked it out. I have had 2 additional sessions and am pain free. Amazing turn around. I am 65 and never had any physio prior. Staff are friendly and Tristan is truly a professional and master of his craft!

Have just finished physio at this clinic in order to address issues with rotator cuff, bicep tendonitis and neck pain. All of the clinic staff were friendly and welcoming. Craig, the physiotherapist went out of his way to explain what he felt was causing my rotator cuff problems, including showing me a model of the shoulder as it pertained to my situation. At home exercises and directions for me to continue my treatment at home were given. Craig is very attentive to feedback and will tailor a recovery program to meet individual needs. His warmth and humour was also appreciated. I admit, I was anxious about going as I was feeling a lot of pain before starting, but Craig has an amazing ability to detect one's limits and also to put a person at ease and help them relax throughout the sessions. My range of motion has markedly increased and my pain level has reduced as a result of attending. I still have a way to go with my at home exercises, but feeling hopeful now. My refering physician was pleased with the progress I have made in physio and I highly recommend this clinic.

All told, I have had 6 different, sports-related, knee and shoulder surgeries in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. This has given me a lot of experience as a patient working under the care of the physiotherapist. Without exaggeration, no team has ever come close to the skill, attention, know-how, versatility, and genuine care and concern you get at Physiohouse Cobourg.

Physiotherapist Craig is clearly at the top of his field. Between his wisdom in the field, amazing clarity of communication, and just a down home personable attitude, well, you end up with a winning combination in a place with the kind of atmosphere to attract the same kind of hardworking, knowledgeable people. The atmosphere alone us uplifting... and without the hype.

After my recent knee replacement and being disappointed elsewhere, I discovered Physiohouse and there was no turning back. I zoomed from devastated to hopeful, reassured, and back on track with my recovery. I cannot thank them enough.
