I have recently starting seeing Dr. Hera Khayyam. She is an amazing chiropractor who takes a holistic approach to her practice. Dr. Khayyam has a very reassuring demeaner, a positive energy and is very knowledgeable. She presents as respectful, has a great sense of humour and I always feel better physically and emotionally after seeing her. After my old chiropractor retired (I had seen her for years), it took me years to find a new chiropractor that I trust and where the treatment approach truly benefits me. Thanks Hera!

I also see Diana Lumsden (massage therapist). Again, very professional and excellent at her job. I feel very comfortable with her and trust her too.

I've been going to the Total Health and Wellness Clinic for about 6 months now, specifically to see Dr. Hera Khayyam for Chiro.

The clinic itself is very welcoming, and the staff are always professional. I have never seen the waiting room overcrowded, which suites me just fine, and I have never had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. It
is easy to get to with lots of free parking.

As for Dr. Khayyam, she is amazing, always takes the time to listen, and she always explains what the treatment session will entail. I highly recommend her, and the Total Health and Wellness Clinic.

Dr. Hera Khayyam is the first chiropractor that has successfully improved my headaches, tmj issues, sleep issues, and overall back pain. I was struggling with daily headaches and Dr. Hera created a treatment plan that has greatly improved my headaches, sleep, and tmj. Dr. Hera also incorporated acupuncture into my treatment plan which she made a very relaxing first time experience. I know see Dr. Hera biweekly and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend her!!!

Total Health & Wellness Clinic (THWC) is welcoming, pristine, and hygienic. THWC is Kim’s most recent ambition of building her own clinic and bring in other health care professionals that would enhance her clients’ health and wellness.

I have been going to Kim for the past 15 years, she has helped me through thick and thin from chronic back and neck pain, stress related muscle tension, twisted ankles, falls, slips and accidents. I have moved away, but I still go to see her. She is personable, authentic and professional. She has great stamina and strength, empathy, sound decision making and is completely vested in my health and wellness. She has excellent judgement, eager to listen and not shy to recommend other forms of wellness activities. Furthermore, her time management skills are uncanny and I am never kept waiting for my appointment time. Joanne
