I needed new fobs programmed and the keys cut. I made an appointment with Treaty Marshal’s who told me not to use Campbell’ s towing co. CAA sent a truck from Campbell’s anyway. As my car was being unloaded, the owner came tearing from the building yelling to remove truck and car from his property. His behaviour was disgraceful, rude and totally unprofessional. He thrust himself threateningly in my face and the driver’s. Unbelievable customer service!

After a lot of difficulty dealing with Ford to get the only set of keys to my vehicle replaced, TuBears was able to finally get me access back into my vehicle. As it turns out, Ford had mis-recorded the key code to my vehicle in their database when it was manufactured. TuBears was able to reverse-engineer the correct key code and recreate a key to the vehicle without having to get all the locks and ignition replaced. He even went above and beyond with coming in on a weekend to try to get me access back to my vehicle ASAP before the work week started, and helped deal with an unscrupulous tow driver who was needlessly creating more hassles. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TuBears for his professionalism, service, and expertise in his craft!

He took the time to explain to me why my door wasn't closing properly and showed me how to adjust it myself, if I needed to in the future.
