If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

The doctors here don’t care about their patients. I booked an appointment to go over x ray results and he didn’t even do that. Just gave me refills and dipped.

I’ve had a family member come in for refills and they missed an important one. As well as wanted them to go for tests but never gave them the requisitions for it.

My last appointment had me waiting 1.5 HOURS after my appointment time.

When I tried to book a meet and greet to change doctors at their clinic, I was told that they don’t allow you to switch doctors in their clinic. So if you don’t like your doctor, you have to find a completely new office.

Trying to get a hold of them is also impossible. Their receptionists never answer the phone. It’s literally quicker to PHYSICALLY go there.

I went in to the clinic today for some antibiotics for a ongoing bad infection on my wrist. I was called into a room before finishing filling out my intake sheet. AWESOME. With the past two weeks documented on my chart the Doctor was able to make the best choice for what I needed to help clear the infected wound. He cleaned and bandaged it and gave me my prescription. Was in and out within 20 mins. For this visit I would give it 5/5. Understanding that others have had different experiences, if your in a pinch and need help give them a try at least.

Wish I could give less than one star.
I needed a return to work form, and was informed I would have to pay. No problem, it’s a walk in so I expected that.
However, I wasn’t told till after everything was said and done that it was cash only, and that I had to walk to the Boston pizza across the street as it was the only close ATM.
On top of that, they charged me twenty dollars extra. When I pointed out that the “back to work” form costs $50 according to the sheet on their window, I got the old “don’t speak English so well” routine before I gave up and paid the $70.
If you absolutely need to go here, I guess do what you gotta do. But if you’re able to, find somewhere else. This place is an absolute joke.

Awful, i saw a person come in looking for help with schizophrania seeking medication, the girls at the desk taunted him into a rage causing a scene in the lobby with threats, very uncomfortable.

Also calling this office is a nightmare, good luck getting through or with the infinite loop.

Lastly the doctor i got and some pharmacy members are extremely smug, rude and self interested, awful customer service, I was lied to and harassed by both the doctor and the pharmacy. Parking is also awful. Among the top 3 worst clinics ever in my experience

I went there three times with appointments, and each time they made me wait in the doctor’s room for over 30min after check-in. When the doctor finally showed up, he was always in such a rush that the consultation barely lasted 5 minutes. It feels like they don’t respect patients’ time or care about providing proper medical attention.

Have called 8 times today at different intervals to book an appointment without any response. Reception has been snotty in the past as well. Very unimpressed with the service and availability. I love my doctor, but I will likely not be returning if I can’t even call to get an appointment or inquire about urgent matters.

Saw Dr Anyanwu 2 times and didn't feel he was properly diagnosing me and that he was not being as aware and receptive to his patients needs regarding 2 different matters ( Dec 2024 and April 2025).
I hope this isn't a consistent pattern as medical care is so difficult to find, we need good services so hope he is doing better with other patience.
I saw Dr. Akeju and he listened and asked a questions. Regarding the same matters I had in Apr 2025 he asked many questions, gave me advice and what I need to pay attention for and sent me for further tests.
He was 100% more receptive and if your looking for a family doctor or walk in doctor I would recommend this doctor.
Front desk was friendly. Wait time ranges but isn't too long compared to other places I have been too.

If you like a place that will make you wait almost an hour and half past your schedule appointment time after you informed them multiple times that you have to leave by a certain time and they keep telling you that you'll definitely be done by said time that you're next in-line to be seen (keeping in mind I also showed up 45 minutes early just to make sure all paperwork was done and everything was good to go for the scheduled appointment time. Only to have to end up walking out without getting a chance to really discuss anything with the doctor while being told that if you come back later in the day the doctor will be able to discuss your concerns only to wait an additional hour for the doctor to say he doesn't have time to discuss stuff cause he has a line up of patients. 4 hours of driving and a total of 3.5 hours at the clinic to get essentially nothing addressed. Worst clinic experience ever. Also for those that will judge yes I had to leave, no my other commitment couldn't wait and yes things were scheduled to leave plenty of time in between for any reasonable wait time for a scheduled appointment.
