And 9 hours later we have Central air! 🥰 I can’t say enough how impressed we where with True North Heating and Cooling Inc. in St Albert! What a lovely, wonderful company with top notch service from intro to exit…. Our installers (Mike and Brayden) where professional, kind and went above and beyond to ensure we where safe when they saw a issue with our hot water tank, they fixed a vent that hadn’t been bolted down from our recent new hot water tank install). At the end they left us with a walk through to ensure any questions we had where answered, we understood our new system and left a clean house to boot. We are so impressed and will be sure to use this company for any future HVAC needs or concerns. It’s finally comfy in our house and our unit is a nice, quiet hum so I think there will be no unhappy neighbours!🥰 Thank you Corey, Carmal and your awesome team at True North Heating and Cooling Inc. ♥️

After 41 years of home ownership, I have finally found a company that not only understands customer service and how to deliver it but also provides quality in their products, their workmanship and delivered on everything as quoted. No “we’ll be there between 8:00 and 12:00” like most service company’s. They said they would be here at 8:30 and they were. Protected everything in my house and treated everything like they were the owners. They were organized, efficient and prompt. The level of professionalism and thoroughness in completing my install was top notch. Recommending them to friends and neighbours is a no brainer as far as I am concerned.

One of the best decisions I made when it came to selecting a contractor. I had three separate companies come out and quote me on an air conditioner install in my townhouse. The other companies that came out, were on site for about 5 minutes before they threw a price at me. When True North came out, the team spent an hour with me going over the equipment, the options, the process, as well as doing a full site evaluation so that they can assure that the job will be done right. Not 2 weeks later, the team was out there completing the install and did an excellent job. The quality was excellent, the team was professional, and it was done on time. The crew even did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, and was followed up with a quality check and final tuning from a technician. They did an excellent job, these guys will have my business forever.

The installers were both fully certified, and worked well together to get the job done right. No messing around, no unprofessional behaviour and most importantly, took the time to communicate with me about what they were working on.

The technician who came to service my furnace was very knowledgeable and gave good advice without trying to push any options. Even more impressive, when I requested a furnace replacement quote, Carmal steered me toward an option that would be lower cost because of a manufacturer trade in rebate on the current furnace (not Lennox). She did this even though it meant True North, being a Lennox shop, would probably not get the sale, which I think says a lot about the level of integrity at this company. Thank you True North.
