Tried to get a rollator through the ADP program. I had all the paperwork and the reps consistently refused to help me submit and complete purchase. They put up roadblocks at every step and made the process impossible. Went to another provider and completed it in a day. If you are looking to go through the ADP program do not use this provider.

I will never place online order again with this store! I place my online order on April 19, 2023. I have been waiting for 3 weeks until now, the credit card has been charged but no goods is delivery to me. I call almost every day from May, the staff do not know your online order, they can't find it and answer when will my delivery be shipped. They just tell you keep waiting and don't even call you once to acknowledge your order status! I am fed up! I want to cancel my order and get my money back! The worse thing is you don't know the exact person you can contact.

Finally, I get response today and get my perching stool delivery at 2:30 pm. But it is not exactly what I order the model.

I compared and shopped. I found True North to be the most reliable, fair price. Customer Service by Joe and his maintenance team is professional. The team comes to service equipment when you need routine service on time. They are polite, courteous, and leave without a mess.

This place is very unprofessional. You have to wait months as they only have 2 guys that install things from tilbury to Sarnia and take on more jobs than they can handle. I have waited months for a stair chair. When that was done Veterans Affairs ordered an elevator lift outback. They have had approval of funds for 3 weeks now and still making me wait another week to start....why? Because they take on more than they are equipped for. I have ALS at 35 and I would LOVE to be able to get my power chair into the house so I can move around, not just sit in a chair.
I met the owner and he said that he understood the situation and would get this done as quickly as possible. How is this as quick as possible? If I could go through another company I would definitely do so!

excellent service, quick to respond to order, had bars installed in bathroom. there was no mess to clean up and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. company personal very pleasant I definitely recommend this company for your health needs.
