After being out of a brace for almost 2 years, it was not a joyful day when we realized the scoliosis had progressed and we were having to go back into a brace. However, our experience with Truppe made a difficult experience, much less so. Jenn was so welcoming and playful with the kids. She let them ring her bell and engaged them in conversations to make them feel welcome. Vince was fantastic at explaining what he was doing and why and making the experience as fun and lighthearted as it could be. This brace was much smaller, inconspicuous, and more comfortable, so that my son didn't even mind wearing (sometimes he forgets he has it on). The prints that were available were a great selling feature for my son. Vince made the fit so fantastic that it didn't need altered at all, it didn't leave any marks, and was as comfortable as a brace could be. He even let my son keep the cutouts with the dinos he loved on them. The appointments are always on time, and as brief as can be, and early morning appointments are great so that we don't miss school/work. The paperwork was all submitted for me, which was a nice change, especially when dealing with the government. I cannot say enough positive things about Truppe.

Truppe prosthetics is the only place I will ever take my daughter for her prosthetic needs. Not only are they wonderful at what they do but they are the kindest people you will ever meet. Every prosthetic we have received has been amazingly done. Always very happy with the finished product

My husband, Larry, has dealt with Truppe Health Care since a young child and is now old. They made him laugh as Bill hadn't seen him in a long time. Son Mike is now doing Larry's prosthesis. Great place and also great honey

I have worn a right below knee prosthesis since 1987. (I do take it off sometimes lol!) I am a very heavy duty user, working full time and with a LOT of walking/standing necessary in my job. Since I have moved around a bit in Ontario, I have used a number of different prosthetic manufacturers/clinics to fabricate new limbs for me as I need them.
I have to say that 100% of my experience with Truppe and his entire staff has been beyond expectations. From their assistance with my old device (which they did not make, but was giving me big issues), to their service with the new one which they made for me last year, Bill Truppe and staff are one of the top two organizations that I have ever dealt with in prosthetics. They say it's all in the attitude - if you believe in this, then this is the place to go!

Thanks Bill... you make a daily challenge much easier to live with!

Possibly the best prosthesis I have ever worn. 3 years of daily regular use now, and the first problem came up. Dealt with immediately by Bill - and quickly! Always seems ready and willing to help. Thanks again!

Lower left BK from accident in the 70's. Have had prosthetic legs made in multiple provinces within three different cities. The best quality and fit of product I've experienced since becoming an amputee, came at the hands of Bill at Truppe Health Care. Wished I had found this place years ago.

Although I've been struggling for a while with an uncomfortable prosthetic fit, truppe healthcare has always treated me with concern and kindness. Bill truppe is always helpful in trying to help me feel comfortable in my socket.
He treats me with deepest concerned in helping me walk and walk comfortable. I am happy with Truppe Health Care. Because they actually do care. The relationship between a patient and their prosthetist is very personal and trust is key.

We'll see, still working on a Pe-Lite socket for a lower limb prosthesis originally cast Feb 8 (16 visits, 27 weeks ago... and counting).
Visits are often weeks apart and usually <45 min.
