I have never thought to write a "review" of my doctor but I have been seeing Dr. Al-Manahi as my family doctor and I have such high praise for her. She is so kind, respectful and thorough. She really makes me feel that I am in good hands. The staff at the clinic are amazing too, knowledgeable, attentive and very respectful. I feel very blessed to have come across this clinic.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of attention and care my son received during our recent visit. When I ran to get water from the pharmacist beside the reception, I left my son in the care of the medical staff, believing he would be monitored. However, upon returning, I found him alone, still lying in the chair, while the doctor had left to attend to another patient. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the level of care provided in your facility. No child should ever be left unattended in a medical setting, especially after experiencing a distressing situation. I hope you will address this matter to ensure that other patients do not have to go through a similar experience.

I work until 7-7:30pm so finding a doctor available in the evening isn’t easy. I had a semi-urgent concern and called MANY clinics + my family doctor’s office during my break with no luck. I was happily surprised and thankful to find a clinic open late and could make a reservation for the last appointment that evening.

The front desk girl was pleasant on the phone and accommodating; letting me know it is a male doctor & making sure I’m comfortable (due to the concern) before I go.
Little to no wait and the doctor was professional, kind, prompt and addressed any questions. Overall pleasant experience for a walk-in.

Noticed they also have Aesthetics/Injectables services available too!

We came at 7pm on a Wednesday and were seen right away for our daughter, this place is a god send to parents. Special thank you to Deborah for answering the phone quickly and letting us know we were able to come for a walk in visit. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. I went here for treatment today. I didn't make an appointment. But I injured my lower back and it was very inconvenient to move. The clinic was full, but the receptionist still arranged a doctor for me, which made me feel very warm. I was lucky to meet Dr. Rasha Ai-Manahi. She was not only very patient, but also very considerate to examine me. I was very depressed because of the injury, but I received encouragement and professional treatment from her. If I could, I would like to give this clinic 10 stars.

I awarded 2 stars as I was at least seen in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about my visit. As I explained my issue, it was quickly concluded that it was a muscular issue and that there was not much that could be done outside physiotherapy, hot/cold, or massage. There was not much exploration of the issue beyond that.

In fact - I received better advice, empathizing and diagnosis from ChatGPT than I did the doctor - which concluded similarly that it was likely a muscle issue (but could also be a torn ligament) - but that an MRI or ultrasound could be benefitial to see if it was torn or not properly connected - which would then better direct treatment. The doctor unfortunately recommended XRay, which even she had concluded in the meeting could only see bone - not muscle or ligament (despite it being concluded it was likely a muscle issue). When I asked for other methods - (as it was clear an xray would not reveal much) she concluded it was not worth the time or resources to do so.

To the reader - I would sooner consult ChatGPT than go back to this so called clinic.
