Previous to us upgrading our archaic phones to United Cloud, the company I work for had just upgraded our phone system to some new VOIP phones with a different provider. Within the first month of having those phones, we were having a lot of difficulties. Dropped calls, bad static during phones calls, etc. That provider was extremely difficult to contact for customer service. Kept getting passed on to someone else that couldn't solve our problem, no return calls when I had to leave a message, etc.

We were referred to United Cloud by one of our customers & couldn't be happier with the service they provide. The new phones they supplied us are much better than the previous ones & I can actually reach someone in customer service 99% of the time with the first call I make. Steven Burness has been our contact & I can't say enough about him & how professional & helpful he has been.

Long story short, United Cloud was the best decision we could have made for our new VOIP phones & Steven Burness has been one of the best customer service people I have dealt with of any customer service company I have called.
