First visit there and had to re - enter a second time since there was two pumps on left and two on right with no direction to first time customers. Once I got in to the proper side, my gas door being on driver's side, all went well. Nice clean location, with clean pumps, window squeegees full and fresh water and curtious inside cashier. If I stop there again, I 'll know how to approach.

Today marked a transformative experience for me. The service at this gas bar was unparalleled, truly a one-time experience. This hidden treasure in southwestern Ontario stands out, not just because of the station itself, but because of an exceptional employee. Out of respect for their privacy, I won't mention their name, but "WW", with their radiant eyes and infectious smile, has set a gold standard for customer service in Glencoe, Ontario. Their presence alone elevates the entire atmosphere, making every visit memorable.

The ice I purchased made my drink so cold, quenching my thirst perfectly on this sweltering and humid day. Additionally, the propane I got for my barbecue burned so hot, giving my frankfurter the best results I've ever experienced. The tobacco in the cigarettes I bought tasted sweeter than ever before. As for the blue raspberry slushy, it tasted as if the raspberries were tended by baby Jesus himself. And the Carmichaels meat sticks? Just greasy enough to feel indulgent, yet they snapped and tasted as if they were crafted by an authentic Italian deli meat maker back in Italy.

Bravo dear Glencoe UPI, Bravo.

The person behind the counter was extremely rude and ignorant! When asking for smokes they would tell me “don’t have it” to multiple different kinds, and then when asked what kinds they do carry I was flabbergasted with the response “too many to list”. Worst customer service I have ever received! I strongly DO NOT recommend this gas/variety! Smirking and laughing the entire time like it was some kind of joke! Extremely rude! If I could give zero or negative stars I would!!

Does this place frown at $100.00 bills?
I filled to around 75 dollars and when I gave a 100.00 bill to pay the young guy was shaking his head and I was thinking if you have a problem, say so. I didn't have time to reason with him, so I took my change and just left.

DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION!!! I asked for help from the old man working there as I had a sick infant and couldn’t leave my car and when I told him I have never used UPI and normally use another place as I was irritated he snapped at me and said he didn’t want my business. Then proceeded to not help at all and wouldn’t give me his name or let me fill up on gas. It was the only gas station even remotely close and I was running on E with my little one month old in the car. I have never had such terrible service.

WeIl it has been a long day today due to a highway collision, we were stuck behind traffic on the 401 and unfortunately we wasted a lot of fuel, sitting idle in a stop and go situation. We finally exited and ended up at Glencoe UPI Energy on fumes. We started to engage the pumps but to no avail. We then walked around to the station manager who would not even look up through the window. We had no fuel and he was not interested in helping. Albeit the UPI gas person stated that he was closing. Unbelievable that he would not assist , one of our passengers was very concerned and attempted to talk to the UPI employee and he simply waved his hand as if to say talk to the hand.

Incredible ! So discouraged as it was so unkind not the Canadian way ! If anyone reading this please use another gas station unless you have no other choice.

Different place with above ground gas storage tanks placed between the 2 rows of pumps. The pumps are not equipped with payment systems, so you are required to enter the booth, located nearest the plaza, to make payment. Access from the adjoining plaza is not provided from one of the streets, as the station is right on the corner.

Always among the cheapest non-rez gas in Southwestern Ontario. Unfortunately located very close to several native owned gas outlets which have greatly reduced the volume of fuel sold by UPI. That's why the hours are shortened - sounds ridiculous but he loses money paying a kid minimum wage to stay open until 10. Takes a lot of litres to take in a dollar - gross not profit - and a lot of gas is being pumped elsewhere.
