From the reasonable quote, to my questions answered by either phone or email, to the site visit before installation, to the installation itself, a very positive experience. Terrible experience only did the bare minimum when installing new oil tank in my house. Been chasing them around for the last month and a half trying to get them to come back and fix/ do what is still required to pass inspection. Not happy with their service.

Boxing day we had no hot water! Called upper Canada fuel and burner and they were able to visit Monday to see what would correct the problem. Unfortunately the part was not available and as they were on holidays, limited as to what they could do. First thing Wednesday morning when they were back to work they called me and told me they had a new water heater on order for me and would call as soon as it arrived and would be right out within 90 minutes to install. Absolutely true to their word! I was so impressed with their response time. I'm home Thursday evening, having a hot shower! Amazing customer service from everyone during this experience, but an exceptional shout out to John who was on call that day and responded very quickly. . Most impressed with the service! Five stars. I would give you 10 if I could! We truly appreciate your professionalism and assistance during our time of need.
