I went there when UPS opened because I had an urgent package and I needed it ASAP. The GPS took me to the employee entrance and one of the employees helped me find the Customer Centre on Steeles Ave.
I saw a lot of negative reviews for this office and I would like you to know that my experience here was good. The staff were helpful and professional, and I appreciate that more than when people are all polite up front and then unhelpful.

I never provided a negative feedback on any place but this one i believe it is valuable to share it for the sake of people who are thinking of using UPS in order to be very careful

On Monday 14th of July i had to send urgently a package to Michigan US, because my relative are travelling within 2 days.
I went noon time to UPS local store and the person over there was nice trying to be helpful.
She gave me 2 quickest options
Option 1 next day Tuesday at noon which cost $78 before tax
Option 2 next day Tuesday in the evening at $65 before tax

I opted with the faster option 1 to be on the safe side.

When the shipment label was printed there was 2 comments from me the US zip code has an extra - and additional digits the lady told me not to worry this is generated by the system and she told me she can’t find my postal code which quite weird and told her to add space but said it is not a problem.

Day 1 based on the tracker UPS picked the package around 6:00 pm and Tuesday the package is still in Ontario
I called them and told me it will arrive Wednesday, I complain urging them to be on time.
Day2 Tuesday the date when the package should’ve have been delivered, i get a message of exception report that the address is incorrect i call ups they tell me the zip code is incorrect and has additional stuff (like i told the ups lady) and told them the whole story and removed the additional number after the dash
Day 3 Wednesday package arrived Michigan and wasn’t delivered until Thursday 10:13 am

Since my relatives left i had to talk to their friend to ship it to Ohio since they left

When i called UPS for complaint they said that the service is not guaranteed and they acted as they should be

Conclusion I will never use UPS they are not professional and they don’t take accountability of their mistakes

UPS recently just got horrible and I would put no stars at all if possible. The drivers lied about the delivery attempts and instead of delivery to my home they brought 2 of my packages to the store. Customer service is useless. You cannot call them and communication is only by email which takes time. I informed them that the first package was not delivered and they promised that the next one for sure will be delivered to my home. Ended up once more in the store. Unfortunately the sellers not giving you a choice to pick the delivery company and you should pay for bad service.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My parcel has been sitting in Concord for weeks with no update, and every time I contact UPS, I get no real answer or help. Their communication is terrible, and no one takes responsibility. I paid all fees, yet still no delivery. Completely unacceptable for a company of this size. Never using UPS again.

I want to sincerely thank Sharon at this UPS center. She was the only one who truly tried to help and treated me like a human being. While others at this location were quite rude, Sharon stood out with her kindness, patience, and professionalism. I'm very grateful for her support.

Horrible service. Been trying to reschedule a package, or just for them to hold it at a service center. Their website is hopeless as you gotta pay xtra for everything or you just can't log in.
When you call customer they keep coming up with excuses on why they can't help you. Like your package is still out of country.
Eventually they just dumped it on my front porch, because reading instructions is out of the question. Now I gotta hope it doesn't get stolen.

To save a potential customer time and hassle, the UPS pickup service is a consistent recurring issue from my experience and other customers as well based on the reviews. The hassle of bringing boxes for pickup in and out of the house is not ease.
Customer support via phone are mostly supportive and created a support case for me to avoid the hassle of repeating information.
However, customer support hotline routes you me twice in my experience, 2-8 minute wait then 20-35 minute wait for the next one. Despite all the back and forth with customer support, the package still has not been picked up.
