Katarina was informative and gave excellent care during my treatments. I had a collagen induction facial done, I had skin mapping done prior aswell, and a red light treatment as well during. I also enjoyed the hangover treatment IV and felt great and refreshed all day.

The doctors and staff have been professional, caring, and courteous the entire time.

I've been with other hrt providers and what VMEDI provides makes others look like they're stuck in the stone age by comparison!

I just saw on here that you call your business a MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC?! That just cheered me up. What irony!

I expect the HIGHEST level of customer service, care and concern. Informed with sound mind. Without duress.

I was kind and even apologetic trying to be considerate that the unnecessarily defensive co-owner may have taken my emails personal. I believe we can always find a way to communicate calmly. That shipped has now sailed. I spoke to FACTS you spoke to EGO. I gave you a final warning of my legal rights and the action I would take. The Doctor chose to insult me instead.

After being bullied and coerced into paying $825 for something I was told had no charge and then was NOT charged for 3 sessions. I was then coerced/bullied to pay 4 months later. Said, they’d be out money. Not once but twice he used my job as a delusional example to compare them when I tried to explain that’s not true or legal or makes sense he changed the subject. All I asked for in the end was invoice receipts and a copy of signed documents and confirmation of termination in a programme and consideration for a reimbursement. I just may have let it go if you simply sent those. What did you have to lose? Completely idiotic for a business to do this.
This kind hearted Doctor I went to has totally changed the past 6+ months. Doesn’t even glimpse my file before I come in for my appointments. To say the least.

I won’t explain myself fully here just yet since Owner/Doctor thinks my emails are so professional a robot must have written them. (If you’re reading this - That was basic standards of practise by consumer with a standard education at a high-school level… and years of managing businesses and lead training in customer service). To both parties. Some advise, NEVER AGAIN insult a patient/client then tell them to come speak eye to eye. You both did this and it is very threatening to a young women. Or anyone for that matter. Just don’t do it ever. It’s very irresponsible and the repercussions for both parties psychologically and otherwise are quite unknown. It’s bad karma.

As well since Co-owner will likely deny I am a patient of theirs based on previous 1 star reviews of people I know went there. (I would hope not as I have a lot of proof with your names attached). No wonder “emails are the worst ”, Co-owner said.

The grief co-owner has caused me with his delusional, GASLIGHTING attitude is unmatched.
Not just demeaning, coercive, unreasonable, delusional and unprofessional. But ILLEGAL. I will not be bullied in my adult life. Nor will I be denied what’s legally mine.

I booked a Hydrafacial and laser hair removal with Ashley. It had been some time since I had either service, and she was great in explaining what she was doing. She patiently answered all my questions, and the conversation was great! I am very pleased with the results, and can’t wait to see Ashley again in a few weeks!

Since my last review, I called the Dr V. two days in a row to request an urgent phone consult as I was ill and needed a prescription and inhaler refill, I never receoved a call back, I assumed it was because his partner whom.I had the original issue with answered. A year later I called twice today as urgent once again through their answering service and still no return call. I am dissapointed in the Dr as I had always respected him and never had any issues with.

I have been attending this place for quite awhile. I purchased a 6 treatment hair removal for my face and my esthetician gave me a deal on it. She has recently left there but assured me all notes were in the system and on the file, which the other estitician found and followed as well as a previous one when my regular one was off sick. After my last appointment recently with another estitician(who went and found my file and followed it), one of the owners stated they could not find my file or notes and wanted to charge me full price for it. I advised that is not what I was told and that all notes should be on file and on their system. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and when I advised I would not pay and it has not been an issue for my last 3 treatments. They advised they would only honor the partial treatments on file, that are remaining and they are out money. I advised that I am also out now to finish my treatments. I said I would follow up with my former estitician. She was surprised when I contacted her as all the info is on system and file.
This is the second incident with this owner in the last few months. My previous appointment I came in very sick to see the Dr, as I was having severe breathing issues and one of their "therapy" dogs nipped at me! I pointed it out to the same owner in front of other witnesses(staff) and that owner just brushed it off and was not concerned at all. I have anxiety disorder and I am now wary of their dog. I am upset to be out money(treatments) as well as lack of professionalism. The rest of the staff and other owner are great.

My experience at VMedi Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. I had been feeling quite depressed and self conscious about my appearance that had me looking at least 10 years older than friends of mine the same age. I was referred to Dr V by someone I trust, and from the moment I walked in for my initial consultation I knew I was at the right place. Dr V was extremely informative, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. He recommended a treatment plan that would address the concerns I had over the long term - I was beyond a quick fix with the sagging skin and deep lines that had formed from years of smoking, sun, and stress. Two weeks ago I had the treatment done and the change in my appearance was nothing short of amazing! I cried with joy when Dr V did the "reveal" with me and will be forever grateful to him for giving me a new lease on life with a younger look on the outside and renewed confidence on the inside. Special thanks also to Ramel for his attentive care throughout - what a fabulous team at VMedi Spa and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I was hesitant for years with regards to botox. Dr V was informative, professional and listened to my goal and approach of having my treatment appear natural. I have seen him 3x now. He injected my forehead and creasing between my eyebrows, and it lifted my entire face, and made me appear youthful. The change in my appearance is amazing! My close friends noticed, and remarked on what a wonderful job he did, and that it didn't look obvious or overdone. The aftereffects and lift in confidence has been worth every dollar spent. Added bonus - dating has been way more fun with the subtle change and its given me a boost. If I had known the treatment would do so much more than fill some wrinkles, I would have started treatment sooner!
