I had Vandolders do my windows and 2 sets of French doors for my new 2 storey home 5 yrs ago … everything was done with professionalism and great customer service!
I came back last week to start looking at their new products for my next house, I had Ryan Tennant help me out and he was amazing with all the product knowledge and patience even though I’m several months away from committing to anything…. With great products and even better customer service I know I’m again in good hands!

Just had our windows and doors installed by Van Dolders team. Dean Martin was wonderful to work with and quoted us in a timely manner. Tyler and Isaac did a wonderful job installing everything and making sure we were happy with the finished product! Highly recommend!!!

I Spoke with Ryan on the phone regarding a window replacement, he was very knowledgeable and offered me complete transparency. I spoke with other companies prior to dealing with Ryan and I can confidently say I will always be touching base with Van holders before anyone else going forward. Needed a replacement patio door for installation within 3 weeks. Their competitor quoted 12 weeks.
Ryan took my order and indicated that it could be a significant lead time but he would see what he could do. Called me two days later to say he had a crew and wanted to install that day. They showed up on time and were very professional. Performed the job in a couple of hours and it looks great.
Thanks to Ryan (and Paul the scheduler) for going above and beyond.

My experience with Van Dolder's in Collingwood was simply best of class. I visited the store in December and dealt with Dean Martin. Dean helped me plan a full window, door and garage door replacement for my house near Blue Mountain to replace horrible builder grade windows and doors. Dean's obvious knowledge and experience not to mention his superb customer service ethic made this process easy and even enjoyable. The total price came in less than I had expected. The installation last week was completed by Spartak and his team who did an AMAZING job. The house looks fantastic and I've no doubt that I would get more than 100% return on the cost of the doors and windows were I to sell the house. I should have done this years ago. I would deal again with Dean and Van Dolder's without hesitation.
