I absolutely love this clinic. Dr. Pam seeing all 3 of my children as well as my mother father and soon my grandson and daughter in-law. I am absolutely blown away by the negative reviews I read. This is Canada. Be happy and grateful for the health care system we have. Had to wait? To damn bad. Dr. Pam is amazing and has always gone above and beyond for my family members. The front desk....definitely needs some work. Often rude, disorganized and i am unable to understand some of them.
It is a doctors office....don't like the wait Pay for private care!

Dr. Toje has been an amazing doctor to me! Love it here. She gives me advice to improve my health. And I am happy when I see the improvement in my year to year medical result. She does phone appointment, which is much more convenient than waiting in the doctor’s office.

Also. It was so hard finding a family doctor. Glad she took me on as new patient years ago.

ON THE CLINIC-
Only frustration I’ve experienced here is the long wait time in person despite setting up an appointment. So try to book the 1st appointment when they open or just do a phone appointment because it is frustrating booking an appointment but still waiting to see a doctor over 1 hour later. Thought about switching Family clinic over this long wait time but stay because I like my family doctor.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a few years, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Christopher Okpaleke and his team. He is truly a caring and dedicated doctor who always puts his patients first. Every time I visit, he takes the time to listen, making sure I feel comfortable and well taken care of. His compassion and professionalism are unmatched!

During my last visit, Dr. Okpaleke was very busy, so the receptionist ask me if I wanted to seen by Dr. Ola Ojoye instead. I have to say, he was just as amazing! He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my eye in a way no other doctor ever has. I finally understood my condition better, and his detailed explanation gave me so much clarity and reassurance.

Both Dr. Okpaleke and Dr. Ojoye are outstanding doctors, and I’m grateful to be in such good hands. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate care! Thanks so much!!

Кожного разу коли вам потрібно приїхати до лікаря ви робите запис та потім ви маєте чекати ще 1-2 години поки вас приймуть. Це повторюється на постійній основі.
Коли ви здаєте аналізи на перевірку вони не можуть просто прислати іх вам а ви маєте знову приїхати потратити пів дня щоб вам просто сказали що все в нормі.

Dr. Toje is an amazing doctor. I see reviews here regarding the wait. Ask yourself would you rather wait a few extra minutes and be cared for by a doctor who takes the time to provide you with health care..... or not wait and be rushed out the door so that the schedule is kept. Myself I don't mind waiting while others before me are cared for properly. The staff are kind and the care is real in this clinic.

Both my daughter and myself see Dr Toje. She is very kind, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I have read many reviews on the wait, but good medical advise and investigation takes time. So thankful we found Dr Toje!

My name is Sasha, I have a family doctor at this practice however he is never available for my family to see. So I was referred to Dr. Pam. I had booked a follow up appointment with her because my son was severely ill and the Children’s Hospital told me to book an appointment to make sure my son was OK after his medication‘s were done, I had a scheduled appointment at 10:40 AM and there was no other time doctor had for my son, I had to take him out of daycare right before he was about to eat lunch and head down for a nap so I was already annoyed about the timing, I show up to the doctors appointment. I do expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes as per every doctor is usually running late however, 45 minutes later, I am then called into the room where my son and I sat for another 15 minutes , he’s a toddler and very active and already hungry and tired. I ended up walking out and explaining that this was utterly unacceptable to be waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment, especially for a child. They then called me 10 minutes after I left asking if I could come back and I said my son is a daycare. I have a job to go to, this is ridiculous but giving the benefit of the doubt I had another scheduled appointment with Dr. Pam a week later for a test for myself. My appointment was scheduled for 950 AM. I sat there again for 25 minutes before I was called into the room where there was no tool set up for the appointment I wasn’t asked. I was asked to sit there in the room times I have to practice with a different doctor, doctor Kennedy was fully prepared. There was an assistant hand. I was asked to remove my clothes and wait under the blanket. My disappointment was waiting in the room for another 15 minutes asked about the appointment so I walked out again, unhappy, disappointed, utterly disgraceful. I then called an hour later to let the practice know I will no longer be returning as a patient and to take my family off of their patient list and all I got was a oh I’m sorry that was it that was as dry as the conversation got , the only doctor here that I would ever go back and see it would be Dr. Kennedy. She is phenomenal in women’s health but because of my most recent appointments I will never be going back there. an industry, where if you’re not on time, you apologize or reschedule and at least let your client know that you’re running late. Be Better stop wasting peoples time.

I recommend this clinic. Dr. Ojoye is very kind and attentive to all concerns I have had. The front office staff are all very patient and professional as well. Thank you Vanguard!
