Large showroom with lots of unique options for bathrooms and kitchens. We were greeted by friendly staff shortly after entering, given the lay of the land and offered helpful suggestions.

Great options for fixtures with some ability to customize. Beautiful lights that can be used for any room in the house. Will definitely return when we are ready to renovate our bathrooms.

The good: in-person customer service was excellent and pricing is competitive. Their website is also comprehensive and gives you a great idea of the selection/finishes that they have and their price points. Their showroom also has a lot of floor models so you can see the finishes/models you’re interested in. One of the representatives, Kelly was also very knowledgeable with their product lines.

The not-so-good: disappointed with the after-sale experience.

In multiple occasions, I was told that I would be provided an update on wait-time, and when the item is ready for pick-up. I also reached out re. a minor concern with the recently purchased item, and a quote for matching shower fixtures.

Unfortunately, none of those updates were made from their end. I had to call back at least a few days later, on every single occasion to get the updates myself.

For example, I reached out on July 8th since the plumber who installed the faucet noticed something that might be an issue with the product.

I called today, July 19, since I have not received any word. I spoke with the sales person I’ve been dealing with, who apparently already had the information, and only very casually relayed it to me during the call (similar to previous)

Needless to say, I am somewhat surprised and disappointed with this nonchalant business approach considering the rave reviews online, and that the fixture that was purchased, while not super expensive, was not exactly cheap (i.e., sink faucet $1,500 after tax)

This is a review for your Sales representative Wils. My husband and I purchased from your Vatero store a defective faucet that damaged our kitchen and inconvenienced us so much! So I come to your store upset, for solutions.

Wils Esho was great! He listened to my frustrations linked to the item purchased, and used his skills to address the problem promptly by contacting the manufacturer and taking the first steps into resolving the matter. I somehow wrongly associated all your reps to the one who sold me this item.

In fact, Wils is a far cry in a positive sense from the one who sold me the idea of a touchless faucet and the said item.

What made Wils different?

He is professional, empathetic and a good listener. Once he gets the idea, his mind starts working fast towards a positive resolution. I am confident with people like him you can cover not only the sales portion of your store, but the after-sale service to the extent we needed.

A good sales representative like Wils can diminish occasioanl customer frustrations by driving them to solutions that only bring positives to us. Thus, we praise your store and see clearly the challenges you may have because of manufacturers.

Wils Esho is a wonderful sales person.

I would promote him to any position above the one he holds as an integration of this qualities into any department you run. This would benefit your company and the services provided to us, your customers.

I had an excellent time shopping for new bathroom products at Vatero. We were greeted by Mihai and he was wonderful. We really appreciated that he took his time to answer all of our questions and took us through the product range for our bathroom remodel. The quality of the products we got (shower rain head, hand hand shower component, bathtub and vanity) were excellent. You know you recieved good quality merchanidse when your contractor comments about it. For each of the items it was a smooth process from ordering to having it shipped to our house. When we are ready to do the next bathroom, we will certainly go to Vatero again.

My name Peter and I’m the owner of Aquata Bath. Over the years, I have worked with most of the major plumbing/ fixture suppliers in the GTA, but I only recommend my clients to Vatero. They have an incredible selection and excellent prices. But what makes them exceptional is their customer service and attention to detail. Once, I was with a client and called Tia from Vatero for a technical question; she answered my call even though she was on holidays in Asia! It showed dedication and customer care.
