I have had an excellent experience with the team at Vaughan Community Health Centre. My care team has Ewa and Rosanna and they have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. I highly recommend this organization to anyone who wants to take control of their health.

Incredibly hard-working staff who regularly go the extra mile for me while providing professional medical assistance. I had to reschedule my appointments various times due to my work schedules and the receptionists were extremely helpful and understanding during every occasion taking a lot of stress off of my mind. They really know how to comfortable and understand how to best do their jobs. Really thankful I was referred here.

Terrible service terrible wait time.
Just extremely frustrated with this scam to check in. While people are sitting behind the glass doing nothing. If I could check in with an actual person they would be able to give me details about my appointment or if I’m too early or here on the wrong date. The scanner just checks you in and says nothing, doesn’t give any information or indication if you are actually here for the right time or date.
You sit waiting for forever if you can even manage to get an appointment. I had to book my appointment 3 weeks in advance so I’ve been dealing with a health issue for 3 weeks but no one is ever there to see the patients. Absolutely ridiculous

Mr kalil is an un educated and horrible so called doctor. After accepting me as his new patient and after 5 appointments he out of no where refused to be my doctor after explaining to him about my adhd. He is extremely un professional, rude and a total “ know it all “ . Does not give you time to talk and explain things. Mr kalil is a failure at his craft without a doubt. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY. I will not ever acknowledge that he is a doctor. He is very scummy and his english is horrible. This man is a total let down and an example of how a doctor should NOT be!

Very nice and friendly environment. The waiting area was clean and safe. Doctor Lam was very attentive and friendly. He gave his best to help me. I appreciate, whatever doctor Lam have done.

Disappointing experience with little regard to mental health conditions. Discrimination and bullying patients on the basis of patient profiling. Would hope to see this place succeed if they took time to understand the patients instead of treating them as less than.

Today the nurse practitioner has called and left me a voicemail me, asking me to return the call to further discuss a matter. I called the receptionist and told him I am returning the call of the nurse but he told me there no reason for returning the call. I insisted on tell him that the nurse want me to call her but he blocked me and said no. I asked him to connect me with his supervisor and the lady she blocked me from returning the call to my nurse. I am really disappointed about such behaviour and I am going to formally complain about that, especially because I still have the nurse’s voicemail message.

I went there to get a blood test, waited for so long while no one was at the front desk. door was locked and even when I called, to let them know I am waiting, no one picked up. even their break hours are not posted as a specific time. this is the second time this happens as it happened to my brother when he went for a blood test before. the person who was responsible for blood test is Olga.
