My mom and I are patients of Dr. Chan at the Vaughan Pain Clinic. Dr. Chan is a very nice and friendly doctor who cares about his patients and gives excellent quality care. The office beginning from the front desk secretaries to the doctor's nurses are all extremely friendly with a smile always on their faces when we come in for our appointments. The whole office beginning with the doctor and his staff make us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. We love coming to our appointments. Thank you Dr. Chan and your whole staff for caring about your patients! I highly recommend this Clinic for anyone who has pain issues as the clinic is amazing!

I have been coming to Vaughan Pain Clinic for the last two and a half years. This is, without question, the BEST medical practice I have ever experienced.
From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by everyone, and they take the time to walk you through the process. The staff is so kind and compassionate, you definitely will never feel judged here. The doctors on staff are also the same, I have never once felt dismissed or disrespected, they really take the time to listen and I never feel rushed or like just another billing opportunity. Also, as a woman who is overweight, never once have the doctors told me all I needed to do was “lose weight”, or that maybe I should “see a psychiatrist.”

I have referred family here and they have been treated with the same kindness and compassion.
