Abby is very nice and is so willing to get your hair right. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I'm not used to paying so much for a wash/dry/curl, but I knew the price in advance. My only complaint is that I received far too many emails. Three would have been fine. I received 12 to 15 or more since booking. 4 after the appointment. Annoying! I have since unsubscribed.

I eloped this winter and didn't want anything fancy nor the traditional "wedding package." Hana was willing to take on the challenge. She took her time with my hair and you coildd tell SHE cared how it looked. Sometimes more than I did and it looks BEAUTIFUL. I'm so thankful Hana was willing to do my bridal hair as its a lot of pressure but she nailed it. Couldn't be happier. The salon has an incredible vibe. I felt as though I was in good hands.

I recently moved to Canmore and needed to find a new “hair home”. After reading a few reviews, I decided to try out Vermelho. The salon is stunning, quaint and exceptionally clean. Abby, my stylist, was incredibly attentive and gave me the perfect refresh I was hoping for. She asked me questions I’d never been asked before when it came to my styling preferences. It was obvious that she was invested in my experience and wanted he to walk away happy. What stood out to me was how the owner offered wonderful mentorship and support to her staff, while taking care of her own clients. I booked my next appointment before leaving, which I never do. I’m looking forward to sitting in Abby’s chair again.

Needed a quick “fix” to my Xmas cut. Crystal booked me with Abby. The results were exactly what I needed and as always the atmosphere is great. Thanks Vermelho Team. Met friends next door for perfect coffee at Communitea Cafe, so the morning could not have gone better!

I had such a great first experience there getting a 'foilayage' and cut! All the staff were lovely and Hana made my hair look amazing. It typically takes time for me to get used to a new look, but I was pleasantly surprised that I immediately loved it! Hana did a great job making it look natural for me 🙂
